What do you like best about Safecall?

The telephone handlers obtain key information from the whistleblowers and keep the reports reasonably concise.

The service allows whistleblowers to blow the whistle anonymously but for the business to have contact with them and ask further questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safecall?

Nothing I dislike, but could think of something that could improve the service (but it is a 'nice to have'). The Report Metrics page could be very useful and has a lot of potential, but we are unable to use this. We have a spreadsheet for ALL whistleblowing disclosures received (covering the various businesses in the group), which includes disclosures received outside of the Safecall portal. If Safecall could supply an 'all-singing-all-dancing' solution that could handle users (with differing privileges) inputting this information onto the Portal site and then the Report Metrics page supplying us with the data, that would be great and would save me a lot of work, but I can't commit to the group paying any more for that as that's not my decision to make.

The whistleblowing categories don't fall in line with the legal definition of whistleblowing and don't differentiate between a reportable concern or protected disclosure. I appreciate these determinations would really need to be made by the business rather than Safecall, but perhaps this request would fall in line with my suggestion above and could be customisable. What do you like best about Safecall?

We like the fact its simple and easy to use, and the options it gives for individuals to stay in contact. Its great that we receive the reports without delay so we can take immediate action. This demonstrates we are take all issues seriously. We recently updated our company values and Safecall are in keeping with those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safecall?

What do you like best about Safecall?

Safecall provides an independent whistleblowing service which gives our colleagues the option to discuss or raise their concerns anonymously, or semi anonymously, with someone outside of our organization, and at a time that suits them. They employ experienced case handlers which provides comfort that we will receive complete and unbiased reports from concerned colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
