Safecall helped us set up a whistleblowing hotline within our business, to allow our team to report issues confidentially.

**What do you like best about Safecall?**

Safecall has the best call handlers, as they all have investigative experience

**What do you dislike about Safecall?**

There is little to the company I do not like

**Recommendations to others considering Safecall:**

They also offer excellent training.

We were looking to give our employees a voice, a way to raise concerns internally. We have realised that we now have an improved more open company culture.

**What do you like best about Safecall?**

Highly Experienced call handlers with good decision-making skills and confidentiality are their top priority.

**What do you dislike about Safecall?**

There is nothing to dislike about them. They are simply great.

**What problems is Safecall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps out employees who are afraid to raise their voice in an organization. Helps To create a healthy working environment in the organization.

**What do you like best about Safecall?**

The telephone handlers obtain key information from the whistleblowers and keep the reports reasonably concise.
The service allows whistleblowers to blow the whistle anonymously but for the business to have contact with them and ask further questions.

**What do you dislike about Safecall?**

Nothing I dislike, but could think of something that could improve the service (but it is a 'nice to have').  The Report Metrics page could be very useful and has a lot of potential, but we are unable to use this.  We have a spreadsheet for ALL whistleblowing disclosures received (covering the various businesses in the group), which includes disclosures received outside of the Safecall portal.  If Safecall could supply an 'all-singing-all-dancing' solution that could handle users (with differing privileges) inputting this information onto the Portal site and then the Report Metrics page supplying us with the data, that would be great and would save me a lot of work, but I can't commit to the group paying any more for that as that's not my decision to make.

The whistleblowing categories don't fall in line with the legal definition of whistleblowing and don't differentiate between a reportable concern or protected disclosure.  I appreciate these determinations would really need to be made by the business rather than Safecall, but perhaps this request would fall in line with my suggestion above and could be customisable.

**Recommendations to others considering Safecall:**

I would definitely recommend Safecall as an excellent whistleblowing solution that protects the anonymity of callers but allows businesses to follow-up with them if required.

**What problems is Safecall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems but the Report Metrics page is not customisable so we cannot use this, as above.
The benefits are that the whistleblower can remain anonymous but the business can ask them questions.

**What do you like best about Safecall?**

We like the fact its simple and easy to use, and the options it gives for individuals  to stay in contact.  Its great that we receive the reports without delay so we can take immediate action.  This demonstrates we are take all issues seriously.  We recently updated our company values and Safecall are in keeping with those.

**What do you dislike about Safecall?**

I don't feel there are any downsides of using Safecall as our external whistleblowing provider.

**Recommendations to others considering Safecall:**

Having an independent whistleblower line is highly recommended, it gives staff access to a dedicated hotline and Safecall offer that high standards of service.

In addition, Safecall provide a great level of expertise to give the whistleblower confidence all concerns, big or small will be taken seriously.

**What problems is Safecall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Safecall allows those individuals who wish to remain anonymous the perfect platform to raise concerns.  The main factor for us is that people have an outlet to speak up and Safecall offer that independent service.  Safecall act as the intermediary between our business and the whistleblower, and this works perfectly because it gives the whistleblower confidence to stay in contact should they wish and that their identity will remain anonymous throughout.

**What do you like best about Safecall?**

Safecall provides an independent whistleblowing service which gives our colleagues the option to discuss or raise their concerns anonymously, or semi anonymously, with someone outside of our organization, and at a time that suits them.  They employ experienced case handlers which provides comfort that we will receive complete and unbiased reports from concerned colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Safecall?**

There has been nothing identified to date to suggest that Safecall are unhelpful.

**What problems is Safecall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Colleagues can raise concerns anonymously or semi anonymously (which gives us the potential to communicate with whistleblowers via Safecall).  Experienced call handlers extract and report relevant information from colleagues without making them feel uncomfortable.  This strengthens our whistleblowing programme and increases the likelihood of receiving concerns we may need to address.
