Ability to control conflicting events scheduled to facilities and notifications. **What do you dislike about rSchoolToday?** Some people are granted access that allows them to book over existing events causing conflicts. This I believe is an internal problem. The learning curve without training is frustrating. Too many steps some times to get things set up. **Recommendations to others considering rSchoolToday:** We have issues with other activities showing up on permits that belong to another event/permit. It takes us contacting rSchoolToday and putting in a work order request. **What problems is rSchoolToday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avoiding or finding conflicts of events, notification ability, contracting and billing facility users. Keeping track of non payment and payments of facilities use accountability. ### 2. Avoid duplication of teams, groups, etc. **What problems is rSchoolToday solving and how is that benefiting you?** To limit the amount of overlapping facility use causing conflicts and over booking. Track how often specific buildings and building areas are used. Scheduling the demands of set up etc. ### 3. I really like that I can sign in using my gmail account so I don't have to remember another login. I like that you can copy a similar request. The confirmation emails are helpful too. **What do you dislike about rSchoolToday?** It is really hard to figure out how to use this without any training. You have to have someone show you how to do it the first couple times. **What problems is rSchoolToday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our school district has a lot of facilities, and there are all kinds of groups that need it for different reasons. It is very necessary to have a system to reserve and check what facilities are in available and being used. It is also a good way to tell the custodial staff what needs to be setup for the event. ### 4.
