It is compatible with a variety of connection types. Using RDP, VNC, SSH based terminals, S/FTP or web-based interfaces.

**What do you like best about Royal TS?**

Overall easy to use, even in a group environment. Tons of ways to connect and lots of ways to store / assign credentials. UI is pretty neat and easy to use for the most part. Have not needed customer support.

**What do you dislike about Royal TS?**

Working with credentials can be a little bit confusing. We run into the occasional bug, but most are fixed. A secure cloud option where settings are stored would be nice, or store them in a DB instead of files. Working from multiple clients requires me to duplicate settings like favorites.

**What problems is Royal TS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remotely manage all servers and network devices.

**What do you like best about Royal TS?**

Navigation through multiple OS Servers with ease simultaneously, including Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and application service. Also, can be used in file transfer using both SFTP and SCP

**What do you dislike about Royal TS?**

Too many options and Help section not helpful enough

**What problems is Royal TS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navigate through various systems simultaneously and compare data as I have been working in a support industry and handle multiple clients and thus many servers to manage.

**What do you like best about Royal TS?**

It is way more advanced than windows standard remote desktop tool. I can add upto 10 remote desktop connections without upgrading to enterprise license, which for a pro developer is enough. Remote connection credentials can also be saved in an enrypted format.

**What do you dislike about Royal TS?**

Nothing so far, as it does more than I needed for my current requirement.

**What problems is Royal TS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several development servers to connect to, and most of them with farm and service account crendentials. This tool let me do that while storing credentials in .rtsz file, so that I could just open that file without entering passwords everytime.
