
I like having one portal that I can access all of our marketing efforts and be in sync with our Marketing Team. The chatbot feature is a really useful tool that we have recently implemented. Customers asking questions or new potential prospects can chat with us and our team gets notified directly about an incoming message. I have referred and converted a few leads using this feature.
Specifically our whitepaper management inbound leads are extremely effective. I like how I get notified instantly when someone downloads something and it comes in via email with all the necessary information needed for me to know what to do next with my prospecting. I have been able to convert a lot of qualified opportunities through out whitepaper outreach.
Overall, a Hubspot email is easily recognizable and excites the business development reps when we get an email come in. I can always associate a hubspot email with the opportunity for potential new business to come in and be one step closer to achieving our monthly quota.
