It’s like a perfect assistant that remembers things and that I can rely on whenever I need to validate something. **What do you dislike about Routines?** There is nothing I can think of what I dislike. **What problems is Routines solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Automates repetitive daily tasks and routines- saving me time and reducing manual work. 2. Summarizes meetings and highlights next steps- so I can quickly understand what needs to be done. 3. Provides reminders, helping me stay organized and avoid forgetting important things. 4. Acts like an assistant with memory- allowing me to rely on it when I need to validate or double-check something. 5. I set it up once and it runs on its own, at a set time, when my Mac wakes up, or when I open a certain app. That's the part I like most. It's the difference between "I should do this" and it already being done. It all stays on my Mac, which honestly is why I even tried it. My notes and screenshots don't get uploaded anywhere. So I can point it at work stuff I wouldn't paste into a website. **What do you dislike about Routines?** Nothing - i had some bugs but when reached to the dev team, after couple of minutes it was fixed. **What problems is Routines solving and how is that benefiting you?** It handles the small boring stuff I used to do by hand. [going through my meeting notes and pulling out what I actually need to follow up on]. I used to copy all that into a chat window myself every day. Now it's already sitting there when I look. The local thing is the real reason it works for me though. Nothing leaves my machine, so I can let it look at things I'd never upload. ### 3.
