We have used Rose Garden Consulting multiple times (we keep coming back for a reason) - most recently we completely shifted our business model and product offering line to assist with COVID-19 prevention and relief. So we had to essentially throw everything out the window that we previously built and needed help re-structuring and building a completely new Sales Team - which you can imagine is a lot to handle when trying to run the rest of the business. Since we were extremely busy and overwhelmed on building new products, marketing, interviewing, etc. we needed help. Rose Garden has helped us master the interviewing, vetting and training process for new Sales Reps and Managers as well as building out the entire go-to-market strategy. What do you like best?

Alex and Ali work non-stop around the clock and are always bringing valuable feedback and information to the table to steer us in the right direction. We can sometimes change our minds or direction quickly - but they've always stayed on top making sure that A) we still were on track to meet our goals, but also B) really adapt when a new challenge came about. For instance, halfway through our hiring process and developing a new role, we were in a situation where we had to create a unique role for an individual and Rose Garden, without blinking, was quickly able to adapt and modify the original plan we set out. We trust them, we rely on them and I honestly can't say enough good things!! Even a few years back, Ali really pushed us mentally to think about selling in a whole different perspective, and I can say that was one of the biggest factors in saving our business. We have a history of not hiring the right people for the right positions. And we've lacked a lot of structure in which Rose Garden was able to button up for us - and also give us honest feedback on candidates we might have liked without actually putting them through proper tests to make sure they were right for the position. So just their knowledge on how people think, and how to read their results from certain tests, is a huge benefit to us. They've also taught us how to work with different types of people to best communicate internally. It is a multidisciplinary software, created precisely for experts who are based on the extraction of income in areas of e-commerce, calling my attention because it is known as a system that designs the future of sales teams fully scalable, to ensure their operations in a numerical percentage quite high, equally, because it is quite intuitive and sophisticated that access to extreme growth of organizations, based on its foundations, highlighted primarily in the sales that each corporation runs. It is really very strong its total functionality, in terms of comfort to achieve the necessary objectives for the growth of this establishment, in other adjacent terms, it is important to mention that its programming is not something stable in its formality, more than everything when it is used high in productivity, because this software cannot fulfill this expectation of an advanced range, being an inconvenience that requires of a modernization, for more labor capacity. Working hand and hand with Ali and Alex was refreshing. Clearly these 2 have sold at a high level in the past and they aren't afraid to jump on a zoom call and close a deal for you. There were many times that I can recall that when I asked them for help, they would actually show me how to close the deal. Many other trainers and consultants will give you tips and best practices that when applied, don't actually result in money. RGC came in and helped us create a system and process that allowed us to understand how to systematically replicate the CEO's efforts. Once the system was created and validated - they helped us hire the best people to be able to execute the sales process. Their ability to use data and industry insights to make decisions that we would never have even thought of. They are creative but still data-driven. They don't spend enough time explaining and WHY they are doing what they are doing. I guess that's what it's like working with professionals, they move quickly and are strictly results-driven. We hired Rose Garden to overhaul our sales process, kick life into our sales team, and implement strategies across the company. I'll say this -- if we had known about them sooner, our business would be even stronger than it is today because we wasted years wondering why "good" wasn't becoming "great". There are lots of consultants out there -- all of them have pitched me in some way or another but I was always wary after having been burned.

As ecommerce experts, we never wanted to reach out and sell to existing or potential clients, we just wanted them to find us and buy. Thankfully Rose Garden came in and helped us with training and coaching, for both the founders and our employees. With their help we've increased our outbound sales and our average order value significantly.

Because of the work we've done and the lessons we've learned, our team has been able to land large and reoccurring orders from government, schools and businesses. I am certain we would have missed those opportunities had it not been for working with Rose Garden.

We had peaked and had to launch a project for the sales team so we could grow systematically.

Rose Garden came in and took a load of work off my plate and helped me in a situation when I felt my back was against the wall. I spoke to several people and many of them had ideas, but I couldn't understand how it would result in revenue generated. That was the difference between the team at RGC and everyone else, Ali and Alex are only concerned with growing the revenue in a systematic way, and not interested in much else.
