We have used Rose Garden Consulting multiple times (we keep coming back for a reason) - most recently we completely shifted our business model and product offering line to assist with COVID-19 prevention and relief. So we had to essentially throw everything out the window that we previously built and needed help re-structuring and building a completely new Sales Team - which you can imagine is a lot to handle when trying to run the rest of the business. Alex and Ali work non-stop around the clock and are always bringing valuable feedback and information to the table to steer us in the right direction. We can sometimes change our minds or direction quickly - but they've always stayed on top making sure that A) we still were on track to meet our goals, but also B) really adapt when a new challenge came about. For instance, halfway through our hiring process and developing a new role, we were in a situation where we had to create a unique role for an individual and Rose Garden, without blinking, was quickly able to adapt and modify the original plan we set out.
