"Suite with All Guest Requests in One Place, Quick Response, and Higher Ratings"

What do you like best about Roomanos Suite?

I rent out 4 apartments in Antalya on Airbnb, and my biggest problem was keeping up with guest messages. Some write on Airbnb, some on WhatsApp, and some call directly... I was constantly confused about which ones I had responded to and which I hadn't. With Suite, I hung a QR code in each apartment, and when guests scan it, the message comes directly to me. The best part is that guests don't need to download an additional app; foreigners don't want to bother with that anyway, they just scan the QR code and write.

The main difference for me was being able to see each apartment separately. When I get a message like "the air conditioner in number 2 isn't working," I direct the cleaner and track whether the job is done or not on the screen. In the past, I would forget the "no towels" message that came at night by morning and keep the guest waiting, which would then lower my rating. Now nothing is left unresolved, my response time has significantly shortened, and my review scores have visibly increased. My only wish is to be able to customize the notification sounds a bit more, other than that, it's a full score from me. Kudos to the developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Roomanos Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Roomanos Suite, guest messages were scattered everywhere. Some came from Airbnb, some from WhatsApp, some called directly, and I was constantly missing what each person wanted. The "no towels" message that came at midnight was forgotten by morning, and the guest was understandably upset. Now they scan the QR code in the apartment and write to me directly, and they don't need to download an app on their side; this is very important because foreign guests don't want to bother with installing an app.

The biggest benefit for me is having everything in one place and being able to see what is pending and what has been resolved for each apartment. My response time has significantly shortened, and frankly, my review scores have increased because guests are no longer kept waiting.
