**What do you like best about RoleCall?**

Ease of use when i accept or decline jobs

**What do you dislike about RoleCall?**

There could be a message feature allowing teachers and subs to communicate with each other.

**What problems is RoleCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The school system has a way to streamline substitute management for teachers and subs alike. Both parties are able to come together in one system.
