I haven’t found anything yet. I’ve used Wix for years but too many options. You have to really think about things with rocket spark in places, but it’s a more simple and reliable model that I’m looking for here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The preset template for my site made editing and setup incredibly easy. This removed many of the 'what do I need on my site' issues. Flint's AI usage in setting up pages made it go so much quicker than I thought. The email and phone support was always within an hour and my dumb questions were not seen as dumb :) The support person was so encouraging the whole way through. After using WIX for years, I came across Rocketspark and saw it was an NZ company so was eager to try it. The system took a little bit to get used to, but as soon as I understand it, it is super easy to use and the customer support is like no other I have experienced! The team is not only super knowledgeable but they also genuinely want your website to be great and check in and ensure your site does what it needs to for your business to succeed. Customer service and technical support are there to help with any enquiries and provide a solution - including implementing draft options for you, as a customer, to review. Communication is superb and to the point. This makes the website creation and hosting easy to use as support is available at all times.
