The email and phone support was always within an hour and my dumb questions were not seen as dumb :) The support person was so encouraging the whole way through. The team is not only super knowledgeable but they also genuinely want your website to be great and check in and ensure your site does what it needs to for your business to succeed. Communication is superb and to the point. This makes the website creation and hosting easy to use as support is available at all times.
