In contrast with other EDI solutions it does not necessarily entail significant expertise in IT to implement and maintain. **What do you dislike about Rocket EDX?** The options of data mapping and formatting are not very rich. The limitation that there are a lot of fixed fields in mapping also might cause issues regularly when trying to adapt Rocket EDX closer to other existing systems of ours. **What problems is Rocket EDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rocket EDX has done away with the inconvenience of manual entry of data into our EDI hence making the process easier. This has led to increased accuracy, some reduction in expenses and most importantly it has given our team more time for other things. ### 2. The simplicity of use and the actual removal of complex EDI setup issues have been great. I can easily connect to the new partners for data sharing without much intervention from our IT team. **What do you dislike about Rocket EDX?** I have had cases where data mapping could not be done in a way that would suit our particular organization. There were cases that custom data fields from our ERP system did not fit exactly to the format of the partner. **What problems is Rocket EDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Rocket EDX’s assistance, I am now able to self-administer EDI connections, which has relieved a tremendous amount of time for our IT department and expedite the process for adding new trading partners. ### 3.
