There are many content review tools out there which allow users to score/rate your content. The trouble with a lot of these is how do you interpret those scores? Is the rating good? What do you do? They are often too generic and more of a vanity metric. And that's where Rockee has stepped in to fill the void for me. Not only do I get a content score, but most importantly I get context, as I can understand 'who' rated the content. So now, I can filter those ratings based on my target personas, and potentially ignore the data from audiences who are not our target market. More often that not, this gives a very different perspective to the data, as well as some really invaluable actionable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very little at the moment. If push came to shove, I'd say the dashboard has its limitations. But there are new releases planned which I've been informed of and I'm really excited about. These will address the above and will give me as an end user, a lot more autonomy manipulating and playing around with the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
