**What do you like best about Roadmap?**

I like that it has time tracking and can be used with Basecamp.

**What do you dislike about Roadmap?**

I dislike the number of steps it takes to disconnect and connect with Basecamp. It's very cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Roadmap:**

It's not the best as a Basecamp plug in. I would recommend using by itself not in conjunction with another project management software.

**What problems is Roadmap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving time tracking with and resource allocation with Roadmap. The benefits are we can track time. However, it does not take into account overdue assignments from Basecamp so it's not completely accurate.
