**What do you like best about Rizerve?**

The biggest win for me has been cutting out OTA commissions entirely on a growing share of my bookings. I manage a few vacation rental properties in Greece, and between Airbnb and Booking.com fees eating into my margins, I was looking for a way to drive direct reservations without building a complex tech stack from scratch. Rizerve.io made that ridiculously simple. The setup took me less than an afternoon — the interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn't overwhelm you with options you'll never use. Everything just works: the booking flow is smooth for guests, the calendar syncing is reliable, and I actually feel like I own my customer relationships again instead of renting them from a platform. The fact that it's purpose-built for vacation rentals means it doesn't feel like a generic scheduling tool that's been awkwardly adapted. It genuinely understands what short-term rental operators need.

**What do you dislike about Rizerve?**

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the platform is still relatively new, so the ecosystem of integrations and templates could grow over time. A few more customization options for the booking page design would be nice, but nothing that's been a dealbreaker. The core functionality is solid and that's what matters most at this stage.

**What problems is Rizerve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Rizerve solves is dependency on OTAs for bookings. As a property owner, handing over 15-20% per reservation to Airbnb or Booking.com adds up fast — especially during peak season. Rizerve gives me a direct booking channel that I control, which means better margins, direct communication with guests before they arrive, and the ability to build repeat business on my own terms. It's also saving me time on the operational side because everything is in one place instead of scattered across multiple platforms and spreadsheets.
