**What do you like best about RItty?**

I like how it offers the ability to easily generate reports and how it also offers a very simple and streamlined way to keep track of invoices and purchase orders which makes it helpful in order management and invoicing.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

One of the disadvantages of RItty is its lack of support for windows.

**What problems is RItty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very user-friendly, intuitive and cost-effective. Additionally, RItty is very fast and efficient.

**What do you like best about RItty?**

It offers a simpler and a streamlined way to do a follow up and keep track of purchase orders and invoices.

The user interface is friendly and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

So far I dislike nothing about the product except that configuration was a bit difficult since we didn't get online solutions to any technical issues and lousy support for customer queries.

**What problems is RItty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled better follow up, check in and check out. It provides a a simple, easy to use solution that automates process,this has helped small businesses to manage their invoicing and order management

1. Ritty provided me robust Point-of-Sales (POS) solution with a customizable product menu as per my business needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature helped me maintain a database of the customers, including their purchase history and contact details.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

1. Software provides basic reporting and analystics and lacks advanced reporting features to understand sales patterns.
2. Although Ritty is loaded with features, the pricing may not be suitable for small businesses.

1. Ritty helped me streamline sales, customer information, and inventory management, everything in one place with just a few clicks.
2. Allowed me to accept payment through multiple payment options, making business accessible to all and improving the customer's overall experience.

One of the negative aspects of using Ritty is the limited documentation and the absence of support for Windows systems.

**What do you like best about RItty?**

RItty is most helpful in invoicing and order management because it offers a simple and streamlined way to keep track of purchase orders and invoices. It also allows users to generate reports and view analytics to better understand their business. The upsides of using RItty are that it is very efficient and fast, is free and open source, and has a large community of users.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

The least helpful thing about RItty is that it is not very user-friendly. The downsides of using RItty include its lack of documentation and its lack of support for Windows.

**What problems is RItty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ritty is helping small businesses with their invoicing and order management by providing a simple, easy-to-use solution that automates the process. This saves businesses time and money, and helps to improve their cash flow. RItty is helping us solve the problem of cluttered and disorganized countertops.

**What do you like best about RItty?**

Easy Split of bills, Schedule automatic happy hours billing. pay at the counter or table options available. It links to your CCTV system for continuous monitoring and transaction records.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

Needs an experienced person to configure the system and link it to our internal systems.  We didn't get online solutions to any technical solutions and lousy support for customer queries.

**What problems is RItty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better audit trail, Check in & check out. Better security mechanism by integrating into our CCTV so transactions can be monitored. Schedule automatic price levels

**What do you like best about RItty?**

RItty is very organized when dividing tasks for office staff members and updating reports to other members and managers. I also like the Promotion Mix&Match feature as makes my life easier when it comes to organizing promotion dates.

**What do you dislike about RItty?**

I do not have any dislikes and problems for RItty.

**What problems is RItty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe RItty has been recently developed and has not yet gained international recognition. That said, some people are hesitant to try RItty and, therefore a little overwhelmed to try this recent software.
