**What do you like best about Ripcord?**

Ripcord AI quickly and perfectly extracts data from scanned papers as well as digital documents. The utilization of the cloud creates flexibility since the platform can be accessed and used from any location.

**What do you dislike about Ripcord?**

There is also a disadvantage of no native integration with other business applications that I use in my business. Exporting the extracted data also comes with tasks like having to manually feed it into our CRM or ERP system.

**What problems is Ripcord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ripcord deals with the problem of the time-consuming and prone to mistakes extraction of data from documents. I was able to approve orders that would have taken me hours to do manually, thus reducing my own workload and that of my team.
