What do you like best about Rindle?

Recommendations to others considering Rindle:

As someone who grew up in a technology/computer-based world but only knows enough to "get by" or "know as much as the next person," Rindle was a little bit of a challenge for me, especially since my company is unique in what project management means to us and how we want to organize that area of the company. But with the fantastic support and teachings from the Rindle team, I am thrilled with how my company uses Rindle today. I had to learn a lot and really think about how I wanted certain things before I implemented them. So my advice to people who are like me when it comes to tech and computers is to have the time set aside to learn how to use Rindle in its entirety, ask for help if you ever need it, and think about how you want your project management to look like from a "board" perspective before you implement it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Rindle and cannot wait to see how it follows my company into the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rindle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run all of our projects through Rindle. There are many different places that you can upload data throughout the process of a project. You can see at what stage the project is in and assign various teams/people to specific sections of a particular project, even if the role they play in that project is small. "Current software where I automate tasks and projects with my team"

What do you like best about Rindle?

I like it for being one of the few tools that allows me to synchronize and manage several projects at the same time, the workflows when creating them are easier. I like the way it saves me time. Then automate projects allows me to create different types of Projects and trigger multiple tasks so that it is only a matter of assigning them, since I also divide the stage of each project, and I can do all this with the "Automaties" function. I like it because it has saved me a lot of time in my workflows and it works for me, because when I automate the process I omit steps and this is something that not only has pleased me, but the team has been surprised by the efficiency of the automations . What do you dislike about Rindle?

I do not like that they still do not have a mobile version of the system as such, since this forces me to work from my laptop obligatorily, already when creating a mobile version there if it were an application in which I would take full control of my computer and The complete workflow of my team and from anywhere. It is spectacular to have the support of this great tool within a company that seeks to embark on the great path of growth, because with Rindle the path becomes shorter, since it offers efficiency, simplicity, safety and responsibility in workflows, not waste your time looking for other more complex and cumbersome software, with Rindle you can work together with your team to organize and automate your company's projects automatically. What problems is Rindle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rindle has really optimized our workflow, has greatly improved the efficiency of my team in everything that refers to the imperative deliverables within the projects, the team since its implementation responds much faster to the projects and lately they have responded to more of 35 requests for projects in full compliance with all assigned tasks, the best thing is that we reduce the inbox of our emails, since Rindle gives us the opportunity to comment directly on a task, to clarify exactly what should be done.
