# What's the best Healthcare Commercial Intelligence software for pharma and medical device sales teams managing multiple territories?

I'm researching Healthcare Commercial Intelligence platforms specifically for pharma and medical device sales teams managing several territories at once. Within Healthcare Commercial Intelligence, Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, and Zymewire come up most for this multi-territory sales use case.

Definitive Healthcare: the most reviewed platform here, offering detailed provider and facility data that helps territory-based teams prioritize accounts across regions.

IQVIA: a long standing name in pharma commercial intelligence, with data depth suited to sales teams covering broad territory maps.

Zymewire: known for tracking organizational and funding changes across healthcare and biotech accounts, useful for reps managing many territories who need to know when something changes.

Swoop: focused on healthcare provider intelligence, though its review base is thinner than the other names here.

Carevoyance: built for identifying and prioritizing healthcare prospects, though with very limited reviews so far.

For sales teams juggling multiple territories on one of these platforms, did the tool actually help you prioritize which accounts to work first, or did it mostly just centralize data you were already tracking manually?

Definitive Healthcare actually changed how we prioritized accounts, not just centralized what we already had in spreadsheets. Seeing facility-level data next to account activity surfaced a few high potential territories we hadn't been focusing on.
