My time using Rims **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Read-Me-Bri B. | Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022 **What do you like best about RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch?** I like the accountability factor and how I was able to back track in situations where something did not get done and identify exactly where the ball dropped whether it was us in dispatch or emergency services **What do you dislike about RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch?** there were too many categories and sub categories I wish that aspect had been more streamlined. It took me a while hope to get efficient at using it but once I did it was efficient **Recommendations to others considering RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch:** rims never seemed to change theor basic construct so unless they work on condensing some of the options I would say its not quite worth what it costs **What problems is RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It streamlined things for the most part there was still manual things o had to do outside of rims but it did make things noticeably easier. Was able to do my job more efficiently but toms was a small part of a larger process in my experience. Good solid software. ### 2.
