The operation of Rillsoft Project is straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to an excellent user interface that immediately shows which tasks are planned for you. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that also makes preliminary appointments visible.

Compared to other scheduling programs I have used, Rillsoft Project offers fewer features.

Our company constantly needs to manage a variety of resources, including coordinating freelance workers. In this regard, Rillsoft Project has proven to be very useful as it helps everyone on the team keep track of their tasks. The software stands out for its comprehensive resource planning and management features, enabling efficient coordination of both internal and external team members. Another advantage of Rillsoft Project is the clear visualization of project plans and resource utilization. This is vividly explained through the numerous instructional videos on YouTube, which facilitate onboarding and support daily work.
