I have never been on hold for more than 5 minutes with RICS. They are always happy to help and without fail have a solution to your problem **What do you dislike about RICS Software?** Server dependability can be frustrating. Reporting will down for hours even a day or so at times. This can through a wrench in our workflow. **Recommendations to others considering RICS Software:** Continue ways to improve the infistructure and reliablility day to day. RICS is an irreplacable software for our company and the more we can rely on it the more easily we will be able to invest time in growing our corporation. **What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's all in one from our inventory team, our buying team, our front end specialist they all are masters at this platform. Pretty easy to figure out if you’re not afraid to click around. **What do you dislike about RICS Software?** Some transactions are more difficult to understand/figure out what the software requires during a transaction. **What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory hiccups are easily corrected and we can figure out quickly when an item has been oversold/undersold. ### 6. I recently worked at a retail shore store as management and we sued this for our POS system. It allows us to track all locations(4) and keep track of sales, team clock-in, inventory. Basically everything!!!! **What do you dislike about RICS Software?** I sometimes wish I could have more control of the software as they expand. **What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything, it allowed the owner to track everything and solve issues with the program they used before. ### 9.
