I have never been on hold for more than 5 minutes with RICS. They are always happy to help and without fail have a solution to your problem **What do you dislike about RICS Software?** Server dependability can be frustrating. Reporting will down for hours even a day or so at times. This can through a wrench in our workflow. **Recommendations to others considering RICS Software:** Continue ways to improve the infistructure and reliablility day to day. RICS is an irreplacable software for our company and the more we can rely on it the more easily we will be able to invest time in growing our corporation. **What problems is RICS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's all in one from our inventory team, our buying team, our front end specialist they all are masters at this platform. It fits so many needs in our company. ### 3.
