Revver does not have some of the functions present in the desktop version and it indeed makes it difficult to locate and manipulate documents when one is on the move. The user interface is simple and intuitive promoting frequent staff use to upload and access files. The main workspace is broken up into 3 parts allowing you to see folder structure, files, and document view all at the same time. This makes for simple navigation. A robust set of search features allow for quick searches all the way through more advanced searching capabilities. Revver has the ability to build out automated work flows to eliminate time intensive repetitive tasks. Revver has a secure portal that allows sharing documents with external parties that is included under regular licensing. The implementation and integration process was easy. The work flow configuration features are powerful but can be cumbersome to navigate. Each software system I have seen does this a little differently and it does not feel like anyone has figured out a way to simplify the work flow configuration process. This is a difficult balance since as a customer I am asking for options/features to provide a powerful tool for my organization but at the same time asking for it to be easier to use.
