Revver is an excellent tool that has been incredibly helpful in managing our paperwork and keeping everything organized. One of the most helpful features of this system is the ability to store all of our documents in one place, making it easy to search and find what we need when we need it. This feature has saved us a lot of time that we would have otherwise spent sifting through piles of paperwork. It is nice that you can drag and drop items where you want them instead of having to use an indexing system. Another great feature of this system is the ability to email documents directly to clients. This has been incredibly convenient for our business, as we can now share documents with clients without having to print them out and send them through the mail. This feature has also saved us a lot of money on postage and printing costs. This has also saved us so much time and hassle in emailing documents as attachments separately. The system also allows us to set permissions and access levels for different team members, ensuring that sensitive documents are only accessible by the right people. There are a lot of features in Rubex that we have not used related to workflows and routing, but that was only because we were already using another program when these features became available. I highly reccomend this product. **What do you dislike about Revver?** In terms of downsides, there are a few minor issues that we have encountered with the system but they are very minor. You don't get a warning that your password is about to expire, and when it does, you can only reset it on the website, not the desktop add in that we mostly use. Occasionally it can sometimes be slow to load documents, which can be frustrating, but we do store a lot of very large files. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revver is helping us manage a massive amount of client documents. We are scanning all incoming docuements on the front end so all staff, in house or remote, has immediate access. ### 5. Before switching, we used to have to send encrypted emails, now it's just drag and drop. **What do you dislike about Revver?** This software is probably great for new users whose documents are mostly digital. Do NOT sign up with eFileCabinet if you are migrating from previous DMS software. Getting onboarded has been an awful experience. EFC's metadata feature or "Profiles" we simply can't use because there's no way to add metadata in bulk to all our migrated files. Bulk changes to files/folders cannot be made (i.e. Removing templates on selected folders, moving selected drawers from one cabinet to another, editing profile data on all selected files). On searches that have a large number of results, the export button does not work, and the column widths aren't adjustable, so if your file/path names are too long, there's no way to view your search results. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storing documents and sharing documents with clients. ### 27. We have very limited space and cannot keep paper documents. It also saves time. Saving a document to efilecabinet is much more efficient than filing a paper document. We were previously working with our HR partner to manage these, but we've been able to take over that process internally and it's gone quite smoothly.
