They have always answered my requests timely even through the holidays. The app for Mac is easy to use if you are an Apple person. The website login is excellent to use if you are a Microsoft or Google user. This price to enter is almost a bit to high for a very small business like mine however, I think of investing in the future of my business and this will help me grow faster without getting hung up on excessive operating expenses. **What do you dislike about Revver?** I wish the new forms option was a little less expensive but may become more cost effective as my business grows. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving confidential file information from clients. For the future it would be perfect to improve the desktop application to make it more automated. **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** Personally, this is a good service, we have not had problems for me, it is an easier way to archive the documents without any inconvenience and to maintain the information, and it is much more optimal to maintain a duplicate security of each information the system is nice. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** It seems to me a complete system where I can save the information and solves the main problems that we need in the company a system in the cloud that would keep our data safe complies with it, it also offers a filter feature to share with other users and prevent access to other information amazing. I can click print on any document from my computer and choose "Send to eFileCabinet" where it loads into the sidekick app where I can choose a client folder and upload it. I can print tax return documents directly from my tax software right to eFileCabinet quickly without saving to my computer. I can also scan from my scansnap S500 directly to eFileCabinet without having to save to my computer and it will upload right to the client's folder. It's easy and allows me to bypass having to save confidential documents onto my computer before uploading to a secure place. **What do you dislike about Revver?** Right now, I am the only one who has a preview pane to see documents without downloading them within the eFileCabinet dashboard. I wish my clients also had the preview pane ability. I consider myself to be pretty intelligent and tech-savvy, but I have a hard time with this part of the system, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose eFileCabinet over other competitors. **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** Give it a try! the User fees are a little expensive but I haven't been disappointed with them yet, except for the unnecessary complexity in some parts, but those don't affect how we use it. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were running out of storage for our old work orders and deal jackets, but storing those in the cloud with eFileCabinet has cleared up so much space for us AND if we need to access something from years ago, its easy to just find it with a couple search terms rather than having to dig through old bankers boxes. ### 12. To me, this is the basis of what makes their product great. It saves so much time to be able to hit print, name the file and upload - voila! Being able to search for specific content anywhere within files is also a great help. The Zonal OCR app is wonderful for saving time when naming and storing the same type of file over and over. Learning to use the product is pretty intuitive, and quite easy, and personalized support is available to all new customers. Additionally, I've found their product FAQs and videos to be very helpful. **What do you dislike about Revver?** I've used efile cabinet for two years, and while it was always a solid product, it had occasional glitches. Files sent to Sidekick would get stuck and have to be manually removed. Zonal was glitchy and required a good deal of trial and error to learn how to use. However, there have been constant updates and improvements to the product that and I have always found their team to provide excellent customer service. **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** Get this! It's one of their older products, so they put more development into it to get it the way it is. I like that the cloud software (Rubex) is user-friendly. I like suing the Portfolios to get where I need to go quickly. I like that it's cloud and that we have access to our files no matter where we are. In addition, I like the secure sharing options built into Rubex. There's also an e-signature option that we have not used yet that is built into Rubex. **What do you dislike about Revver?** Desktop does slow down when you have a lot of data, but there are upgrade options (cloud or SQL) to make it go a bit faster. The cloud software (Rubex) is newer, so it has some rough edges. In addition, due to it being a cloud-based software, there is a bit of a lag time and there can be issues checking out and modifying files. It's user-friendly though. If you don't have portfolios and if you have a lot of files, it can be difficult to search unless you add filters. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** By moving to the cloud version, we were able to move most of our files to the cloud and we were able to have more options in secure sharing and the possibility of e-signature in our document management system. ### 18. Also this application offers good plans with accessible costs so that companies do not have complications to pay and be able to use it in a great and extensive way at a reasonable price. **What do you dislike about Revver?** I have had problems with the application due to new updates as there are usually several problems such as broken software, missing features and a somewhat confusing interface due to multiple ways to access the data which is a nuisance for the company and the user because very rarely we do not let use the system as normally used due to those updates that are out of control to the version they have in the company and causing interruptions or complications to users to access their account which I hope will improve and not happen more. **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** I recommend this software as an incredibly well structured search engine to quickly find the documents we need as it gives you search functions where you can limit the performance and even search within the search engine to limit the results in a very genuine and great way that also lets you know where any file you want to search is in a smooth order without complications. There is some minor customization that needs to be done to be sure that the scans and batches are sorted and cataloged correctly. However, the eFileCabinet team is great and very helpful. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** With previous document management systems, it could be difficult to find documents that were previously scanned or to do batches of documents and still have them cataloged correctly for future reference. I also love the "Apply template" feature that saves me time when creating a new customer. I have been also using the Zonal OCR software which saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Revver?** Zonal OCR is mainly good, but many times I need to go after and correct the information that was scanned incorrectly. It will also help to have an option to mainly move item direct from Zonal to EFC if the template is not recognized. An other feature I am really missing in EFC if to view how many files are inside each folder and the size of a folder. It will be really useful when looking for a file and you have few customer with the same name or you are not sure where exactly is the file located inside the different customer folders... **Recommendations to others considering Revver:** I would recommend this software to anybody in need of digital storing and sorting of their office files. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cant count the number of times my boss asked me to locate a physical file that was lost and I was able to find in in seconds in EFC. An other bonus is that the files are accessible from anywhere in the world! I always get immediate responses to questions. Our rep always has time for me and works quickly to get answers and solve my issues. They also worked with me to create a solution that works best for our business. I also like that the program is web based and works on all web browsers and phones. **What do you dislike about Revver?** Sometimes uploading files can be a bit slow. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our prior provider only worked on Internet Explorer, and we needed special settings on our computer, which would get messed up a lot. eFileCabinet is seamless on all browsers (and even our phones) so we do not have this issue anymore. You can get emails as an administrator when something is uploaded and also get notifications when you login to the website. That's all I need to do and I don't even try to do anything else with it. The yearly subscription cost is also not super expensive like some other programs. **What do you dislike about Revver?** I've been unable to change my administrator email address and eFileCabinet technical support hasn't got back to me about it a month later. I also didn't get emails one day when clients uploaded documents but I at least still got notifications when I logged in to let me know there were new files. The elements to be stored can be quickly dragged and dropped into the proper file draw and then they will be retrievable. In other similar product each file has to be very formally labeled in detail and many "required" field must be filled out before the piece can be stored. This is good practice but it also can be very time consuming and discouraging because it takes so long. Our regulatory processes are almost entirely managed with eFileCabinet. It is very beneficial that we can provide CRAs with a login and password so remote review of our regulatory files is possible. **What do you dislike about Revver?** The audit trail provided within eFileCabinet is not as thorough as we had hoped. Within the workflow process, it would be of great benefit if physician investigators within our company could be sent documents for review and their review would be visible from the audit trail so monitors viewing source documentation can easily see that physician oversight is being done. The annotation feature is also something that leaves much to be desired, it is almost best not to use as it is very clunky. We are looking forward to when eFileCabinet will provide its own eSignature process rather than going through a third party such as Docusign. The last complaint that keeps returning to our staff using this program is the lack of notification when updates are being performed within the program.
