The main workspace is broken up into 3 parts allowing you to see folder structure, files, and document view all at the same time. This makes for simple navigation. A robust set of search features allow for quick searches all the way through more advanced searching capabilities. Revver has the ability to build out automated work flows to eliminate time intensive repetitive tasks. Revver has a secure portal that allows sharing documents with external parties that is included under regular licensing. The implementation and integration process was easy. Revver provides excellent customer support that has helped my organization navigate every step of the process and to resolve issues quickly. **What do you dislike about Revver?** The work flow configuration features are powerful but can be cumbersome to navigate. Each software system I have seen does this a little differently and it does not feel like anyone has figured out a way to simplify the work flow configuration process. This is a difficult balance since as a customer I am asking for options/features to provide a powerful tool for my organization but at the same time asking for it to be easier to use. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revver is solving the problem of secure document storage that is easy to access. In addition, the ability to monitor and securely share files through an encrypted and authenticated portal adds an additional layer of security to protect confidentiality. ### 34. Management, search, and usability makes end users actually want to use the product. Implementation was extremely easy. Their team assisted us with an initial conversion process, trained our admins, and their knowledge base has been beyond helpful when needed. The API has become our most used feature to integrate many of our systems, data, and automate various products. The API documentation is amazingly organized, and the API itself has opened the door to complete automation of various HR personnel, onboarding, and training/certification processes. Revver support staff is amazing. They are very responsive, and almost all of the requests or improvements we have submitted have been implemented or are on the status board for planned implementation. Very impressive! **What do you dislike about Revver?** No downsides so far in our usage of Revver. Revver has improved our Document Management workflows and processes. Any bugs or issues we have come across have been minor, and have received an immediate response and resolution from the Revver support team! **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far, we have implemented Revver in our HR department. Revver has helped automate multiple HR processes including employee onboarding, personnel file management, document retention, and certification and training processes. Being able to choose which files are accessible is imperative and Revver makes that possible with a click. I like the UI of Revver as the filing makes sense, i.e. cabinets, drawers, folders. Easy to organize your data in a way that makes sense and give access to whom it belongs without fear of loss or disruption. **What do you dislike about Revver?** The training is non-existent. While I can tell there are webinars available these don't fit my busy schedule. I have been unsuccessful in catching the webinar or accessing any past ones to further educate myself on Revver's unique features. **What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revver prevents other users from gaining access to files that do not pertain to their work or pervue. Having all our documents searchable despite being incorrectly named or filed is of paramount and extremely monumental in preventing document loss or misplacement.
