Revver is very simple and intuitive to use, it has really streamlined the way our program does electronic filing. Revver is extremely easy to use for end users. Management, search, and usability makes end users actually want to use the product. Implementation was extremely easy. Their team assisted us with an initial conversion process, trained our admins, and their knowledge base has been beyond helpful when needed. The API has become our most used feature to integrate many of our systems, data, and automate various products. The API documentation is amazingly organized, and the API itself has opened the door to complete automation of various HR personnel, onboarding, and training/certification processes. Revver support staff is amazing. They are very responsive, and almost all of the requests or improvements we have submitted have been implemented or are on the status board for planned implementation. Very impressive! The program has many features to help customize it to fit our needs. We love using profiles, and the flexibility to being able to create the various drawer and folder structures. We are able to access our files anywhere. We love that they are NIST compliant and maintain the level of security our files require. My business went digital 5 years ago, that's when we started with Revver, formerly efilecabinet. It truly changed our way of business and management of documents with ease. We went from a physical 5500sf office space with storage rooms to 900sf office. This software allows us to share important files with our external accountant and legal counsel easily.
