Probably the only thing that caught me off guard when I started using it would be the sheer amount of buttons visible that could possibly overwhelm a new user. We've never had any significant issues with ReviewTrackers. Historically, the only problems we've had were caused by changes made to the APIs of the review platforms themselves—and even then ReviewTrackers was great at communicating that to us and resolving things promptly. The one minor issue we've encountered is getting our Yelp accounts to sync to ReviewTrackers automatically like Google My Business does, but that's because of how our Yelp accounts are built.
