What do you like best about Reviews.io?

We are now fully onboard the platform and have toured the features and menus. The account provided is excellent and we have a complete overview of our customer reviews. Props to their staff, Trilok and Luna, who have been extremely courteous and caring throughout our integration to the platform. Trilok was there since the beginning and took care of our initial onboarding, while Luna filled in to fulfill additional requests. Their team was a delight to work with, and I highly recommend them to any new businesses getting on board the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

I found out that the previous issue I mentioned was easily rectified with the provided account. I would happily say that there is none, and the platform/service is amazing as is right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reviews.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reviews.io is able to highlight actual customer experiences, whether good or bad. It focuses on an easy 5 star system to indicate how satisfied the customer is. This helps us immensely because potential buyers or sellers on the site are able to see if the site is a good fit for their game trading activities.
