From what I've heard, the quick rollout claim tends to hold up for the basic setup, getting the tool live and usable for simple purchase requests, but approval chains are usually where the real time goes, especially once a mid-market team has more than one or two approval tiers or exceptions for different departments. Integrations are the other place cost tends to show up later, connecting to an existing accounting system rarely stays as painless as the initial onboarding once real data starts flowing both ways.
