I didn't like how product reviews were pooled among product categories, and total review count was the total for my site, not the product. The part where Reviews.io (and their other service, influence.io) shines is their customer service and quick turnaround from the onboarding and development teams. Leila is our main contact and has been extremely helpful and responsive. When Leila doesn't know the answer to something, she quickly researches and gets back to me. The development team does their thing fast, as well. They constantly are beating their estimated wait times for customizing widgets, etc. Also, Tiana was really great with helping me tweak csv files to conform to necessary parameters for reviews.io. **What do you dislike about Reviews.io?** This is more of a critique for the Influence.io platform. It would be nice to be able to allow customers to earn different types of rewards, depending on the action they complete. Basically, we'd love to give out a birthday discount, rather than straight up points. We have been able to do everything we needed, which includes adding review widgets to our react.js webapp as well as utilising the reviews.io API to develop a custom company reviews collector in the checkout confirmation screen. Throughout the process we have been able to liaise with a customer success rep, Dan, as well as a dedicated tech support rep, Kai, who have been incredibly helpful and responsive. When we message them using the live chat from our dashboard, responses are received almost instantly which is just incredible! I love all of the amazing features that reviews.io offer: integrations with other tools that we use such as intercom, easy creation of social proofing banners and social media posts, easy moderation and management of reviews, easy email review invitations, and more. The fact that our reviews also sync over to Google is a fantastic bonus. The features that this tool offers are really useful and powerful, for a fraction of the price of Trustpilot or Feefo. **What do you dislike about Reviews.io?** The developer guides seem to be more geared up to help ecommerce shops and sellers using tools such as Shopify. We have our own in-house webapp which uses reactJS architecture, and there was no guide for this. The guides around the API as we build our own custom component to send data to reviews.io has also been somewhat limited. However, our dedicated tech support, Kai, has supported us so well that none of this has been a huge issue. **What problems is Reviews.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no functionality to collect reviews about childcare providers that take bookings on our marketplace. Reviews.io has give us a full suite of features and technology to do everything we could dream of doing with these reviews. Previously, we asked customers to review us on Trustpilot in booking confirmation emails - we had very low uptake. Daniel specifically, always been 10/10 when I have spoken to him. We have used Reviews.io in the past and overall it's simple to use and very effective at building the review score. **What do you dislike about Reviews.io?** There is not much support outside of livechat, no mention of a dedicated AM to assist with any queries. Cannot buy a bolt-on/booster for review quantity and an agent I spoke to in a meeting regarding upgrading my account stated my request was not possible and he'd need to speak to delevopers, I followed up again and was told this cannot happen. Livechat confirmed this and had it complete within 20-seconds. Reviews.IO builds and it supports but TrustPilot seems to hold more weight in the market. Only way to look after both is an enterprise plan (as 2.5k is not enough), and then reputation manager which is pretty much the same price as my quote from TrustPilot all in total. A review booster of 500-1000 as and when required would fix this. **What problems is Reviews.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not directly resolving any problems. It is more allowing for a review count to go higher and keeping reviews recent, allowing customers who chose to look here instead of TrustPilot (despite our banners, we have 12k customers a month still going to TrustPilot to look into our reviews there) to see we are consistently delivering service. ### 44. All this, at no extra cost! No professional services charges, just simply a helpful person to chat to in real-time, to get you over the nuances of using a new platform. It's made the onboarding journey infinitely quicker and letting us go to market almost immediately, without weeks of back and forth. Kudos to the live chta team (Shout out to Adam and Kai) and Reviews.io for doing things differently. I honestly think the integration and initial onboarding is the moment of truth whether you'll have a long term relationship with a provider, or if you'll never get off the ground through lack of support and non-existent or antiquated onboarding processes. Thanks again for taking a modern, simplified approach to onboarding. 🙏 **What do you dislike about Reviews.io?** Honeslty nothing of note so far - the platform is easy to use, integrations are seamless and we were up and running and integrated into our eCommerce platform, our CRM and able to send Review Booster campaigns in an afternoon. Simply incredible. **What problems is Reviews.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using Reviews.io to manage both our seller ratings and product reviews and not only has Reviews.io made it the fastest go to market I've ever experienced with a Ratings and Review provider, but their platform and product integrations are truly seamless and immediate. This has allowed us to go from zero to executing a Review Booster campaign in a single afternoon, giving us the ability to quickly populate our Google Seller Rating and on-site product reviews from our loyal customers. Furthermore, the cost structure of the platform is fair and much more proportionate for a functionality that has become largely commoditised, with some providers still charging 10s of thousands or 100s of thousands of dollars for their platforms, whereas Reviews.io is built to provide a low barrier to entry and the platform will scale with your business. This does not mean they've skimped on the functionality of the platform, the available integrations, Combined Review funtionality and out of the box review collection offering is second to none, whilst the integrations are seamless and allow you to fully customise your review collection process and ongoing segmentation and personalisation based on your most engaged users via your CRM. Honestly, outstanding, I couldn't recommend them enough. ### 47.
