The invitation templates would be easier with a drag and drop system to add different elements. We have had some issues in the past with our product catalogue not updating correctly or a product linking to the wrong SKU, but this has usually been resolved relatively quickly. At the moment, there is very little to dislike. Some processes, such as imports or synchronizations, can take a bit of time until they are fully visible in the frontend, but the support team is always quick to assist and resolve any questions.
