What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Setting things up, including filters and similar features, is usually straightforward. I also find the price reasonable for the services provided. You have the best support chat and team for all times! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

I wish there were more options for personalisation like widgets and email templates, and some aspects feel a bit odd. For instance, it would be much more convenient if invitations and reminders could be sent directly from the email templates rather than having to go through the flow. What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Multitude of features that really take your Reviews to the next level allowing you to play with the big boys. Support is spot on and is always ready to help you, they really do have your back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

To get the best of reviews.io you really need to refine your setup as out of the box it's likely not going to give you the outcome you may be looking for. Also some of the widgets can't be saved when customizing, meaning if you set up a widget exactly how you like it, it may not be available the next time you want to update it, ultimately, starting from scratch, unless you know code.
