Timely, accurate, and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Rev?** I would like more evidence that they pay their transcriptionists well. It's a little opaque from my user end how they are treated. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in audio production, so having accurate transcriptions to audio is a hugely helpful thing for me. ### 41. The only thing I might mention is that some words that are unique to our company or industry don't always translate well into words, so I did have to check for accuracy afterwards. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a reliable service to produce subtitles for our global videos. and they helped fill that need for us. ### 42.
