This improvement saves me a lot of time from having to go back and manually edit the transcription, which I still have to do but much less now. Also, the initial setup of Rev was very easy, like nine out of 10 easy. **What do you dislike about Rev?** The transcriptions can still get a little bit better, although I'm not sure how realistic that expectation is. Also, saving could improve. It's very dicey; I always try to split it up into segments because you can record an interview, hit save, and there's no guarantee it's actually going to save. So, you need a backup service. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Rev to record and transcribe my academic interviews. The transcription quality has improved a lot, saving me time from manual editing. ### 2. I love that it generates action items and next steps automatically, making project management much smoother. The recording feature is essential for replaying missed content. **What do you dislike about Rev?** I find it challenging to integrate Rev with my calendar, as I have to manually add the reps I want for meetings, which takes up time. It would be easier if Rev could join every meeting automatically, but it becomes problematic when multiple people have their Rev join the call, leading to confusion over who should send the notes. Furthermore, Rev's inability to join and record Zoom meetings frustrates me, as I have to find alternative ways to record these meetings, such as on a separate browser or my phone. This lack of seamless integration with Zoom disrupts my workflow. Additionally, I wish Rev could integrate with my company's data, which would help in generating insights faster and more effectively, especially since we are a consulting firm creating various reports for clients. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Rev to transcribe and synthesize interview data, summarize meetings, and generate action items, easing project management.
