Rev provides captions or transcripts from recordings. We do a lot of live webinars and store the archives on Vimeo. Rev is our go-to service when we need to get any of the archives captioned. The price can't be beat - $1/minute - and the accuracy is great. Turnaround service is as advertised - 24 hours or less (usually less). The accuracy of the caption files has been consistently good. The interface is really easy to use and the responsiveness it orders is excellent. The ability to access the files they have created as needed has been very helpful too. Rev.com may do a semi-decent job with transcriptions and captions, but when it comes to translations, be prepared to feel embarrassed in front of your audience. Their translations don't make any sense! They're made through automated software like Google Translate, and no native speaker of the languages they cover can understand their translations. We've spent $1500 in translations for a webinar and got completely scammed by rev.com, they don't even accept the fact that their translations are completely useless. We had to spend 5x that value having our translators manually redoing ALL of their work. I can't emphasize how aggravating that is. I recommend you stay away from this company.
