Being able to keyword search (i.e., to know which interviewees addressed a specific topic) is very, very helpful to what I'm doing. Additionally, the AI summaries are actually useful, and not some add-on trash, unlike with other services or in other areas of life; they can help identify trends that are useful when sorting and compiling information, and ultimately when writing. I use Rev multiple times per week to upload new interviews -- usually daily at this point, accessing files -- and it is extremely reliable. I really love that it integrates with Zoom so that recordings of my conference calls get transcribed automatically with no hassle. After experimenting with several different transcription services and softwares, even doing it myself and hiring other humans to transcribe for me, I can confidently say that Rev is the best accuracy and the fastest turnaround, making it the best value for my transcription needs. I've even been experimenting with the AI functionality to ask additional questions about my transcripts, and it's been helpful in organizing information and collating key themes from my interviews. **What do you dislike about Rev?** There are some minor placements and buttons within the editing screen that aren't instantly intuitive, but these are always improving and really don't slow me down enough to complain. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rev makes transcription quick, easy, and affordable so that I can focus on writing content, not transcribing the interviews I as part of the content creation process. After transcribing hundreds of interviews myself, hiring other humans to transcribe for me, and experimenting with other transcription software, I can confidently say that Rev is the fastest, most accurate, and best value on the market. I recommend it to all my journalist friends, and when clients send me horrible quality transcripts transcribed by otter.ai, I plug the audio into Rev to get better accuracy to work with. ### 50. I love the interactive transcript interface so I can watch my video while I read the transcripts. They are easy to share with clients and my editing team. Great accuracy and fast turnaround at a very reasonable price. One of my favorite features is the ability to export and EDL from highlighted transcripts. It saves us a ton of time in post production. **What do you dislike about Rev?** Video uploads have gotten a little slow lately. We just get around that by uploading the videos to our Vimeo account (which we usually do anyway) and then share the URL to Rev for the transcript. **What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?** We primarily use it for transcribing videos to assist us in editing but we also transcribe Zoom meetings with clients so we can focus on the meeting and not taking notes ## Rev Discussions -
