What do you like best about ShippyPro?

I have been using ShippyPro for over 10 years as the E-commerce Manager of ErreBi Group s.r.l. and I can say that I have seen the evolution of the platform practically from the beginning.

We were among the first customers: I still remember one of the first newsletters received (which even ended up in spam) that intrigued me and prompted me to try the service. Since then, we have never left it.

Over time, ShippyPro has become an essential tool for structuring and simplifying the management of shipments, especially in a growing e-commerce context. The ability to integrate multiple couriers, centralize flows, and automate various operational steps has allowed us to improve internal efficiency and reduce manual errors.

One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the continuous evolution of the platform: it has not remained stagnant but has grown along with the needs of the market and merchants. The support has also always been available and solution-oriented.

I would recommend ShippyPro to anyone who wants to seriously structure their logistics and have a professional and scalable management of shipments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShippyPro?

What do you like best about ShippyPro?

What I like most about ShippyPro is that it centralizes all my shipping operations in one intuitive platform. I can manage multiple carriers, compare rates in real time, automate label creation, and track shipments without having to switch between different systems. The dashboard is clean and well-organized, which saves me a lot of time in day-to-day work. The automation rules are particularly powerful and help cut down on manual errors. What do you dislike about ShippyPro?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. In the beginning, a few of the more advanced automation settings took some exploring for me to fully understand, but once I had everything configured, it all ran smoothly. What do you like best about ShippyPro?

ShippyPro offers a very intuitive interface and makes it easy to manage shipments across multiple carriers. The platform saves us a lot of time by automatically importing orders from Magento and generating shipping labels in bulk. I also appreciate the clear tracking dashboard and the customer support, which is always quick and helpful when we need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShippyPro?

What I find most inconvenient is the process required to print a label after it’s generated. I first have to go to the “Labels to Ship” tab to create the label, and then switch to another tab (“Generated Labels”) to print it. Since we have multiple workstations generating labels independently, the one I need is not always the last created. This means I have to wait for the page to load, manually search for the right label, and only then click print. It would be much simpler and time-saving to print the label immediately after it’s generated, but unfortunately, this option is not yet available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShippyPro?

Thanks to the integrations already available, ShippyPro makes it easy to connect new carrier contracts or expand into additional countries without the need for extra software integrations. I also find it very simple to manage pickup points, as the platform connects smoothly with both our logistics management system and our e-commerce store. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to automatically obtain the best rate for each shipment, along with a detailed cost analysis, without having to manually check multiple invoices from different carriers. Additionally, ShippyPro offers great flexibility when it comes to quickly changing carriers based on the specific needs of each shipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that ShippyPro solves the dynamism in quickly changing the carrier for each type of shipment. It allows me to connect new contracts or countries quickly without the need for additional software integrations, thanks to the integrations already in place. Moreover, I can automatically get the best price for each shipment and perform a detailed cost analysis without having to check multiple invoices from different carriers. What do you like best about ShippyPro?

ShippyPro has allowed us to be much more flexible in managing couriers for our e-commerce. Now we have more couriers available and the ability to change them at will quickly, without complications.
