**What do you like best about Retorio?**

I really appreciate that Retorio provides a safe space for therapeutic area specialists (TAS) to practice their skills in dialoguing with healthcare professionals. It's great because it allows for on-demand practice, which is not just a one-off like the quarterly sales training we had before. This aspect of practicing and repetition definitely adds value and helps improve skills. I also found the support I received from Timo and colleagues at Retorio, very helpful and necessary.

**What do you dislike about Retorio?**

Building scenarios as an admin is very time-intensive. I did appreciate the support and encouragement provide by Timo and his team initially. It would be fantastic to have ongoing support for this setup process. Secondly, my colleagues for whom French is there first language found the scenarios challenging when working in English as Retorio had troubles with their accents and inadvertently cut them off and corrected them on pronunciation of words like "Bavencio". I am glad that the scenarios can now be provided in French, but I have not gotten feedback on whether they are having more success with the French avatars. My two francophone colleagues spent a fair bit of time working with Retorio (AInstein) initially but there experience was not as good as I had hoped so they may have been turned off from it somewhat.

**What problems is Retorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Retorio to support my oncology sales team by creating scenarios for role play, providing a safe space to practice conversations with healthcare professionals. It offers on-demand practice, enhancing skills through repetition.

**What do you like best about Retorio?**

We have been using the AI training software from Retorio in Munich for some time and are thoroughly convinced. We were particularly impressed by how practical and realistic the AI simulates typical sales, service, and leadership situations. This allows our learners to train in a safe environment, receive immediate feedback, and continuously improve their skills – without risk, but with a high learning effect.

In addition, the software is continuously being developed. This results in ever better training opportunities and feedback for the learners on their completed units. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly easier for the administration to design and individually adapt learning scenarios.

Another plus point is the exemplary handling of data protection issues: The platform is GDPR and EU AI Act compliant, which was a decisive factor for us.

Last but not least, the team behind Retorio is also convincing. The exchange was on an equal footing from the start – professional, cooperative, and always solution-oriented.

Overall, Retorio is an innovative, powerful, and at the same time user-friendly tool that takes training and coaching to a new level. The software is complemented by a dedicated team that makes learning with AI practical, user-friendly, and with a clear focus on mutual benefits.

We’ve been using Retorio in our projects for some time now, and it continues to impress us. 

What stands out most is the ease of use and the incredibly fast onboarding – our teams were able to get started right away without long preparation phases. The depth of the analysis is equally impressive, providing nuanced, practical insights that we can directly translate into training and coaching.

The Retorio team is fantastic – highly professional, supportive, and quick to respond. You can tell there’s real expertise and passion behind the product. At the same time, the platform is highly scalable, enabling us to engage large user groups without compromising quality.

Overall, it’s a fantastic tool that combines UX, analytics, and user-friendliness in the best possible way – we wouldn’t want to miss it in our work.

**What do you like best about Retorio?**

As the administrator of the Retorio tool for Fashion Retail, you have the flexibility to create any scenarios you desire. Once you become familiar with it, creating additional content becomes quite simple. You can also incorporate quizzes and tips for specific interactions to assess the learner's knowledge. As a learner, you receive a detailed report highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement, which supports your further development.

**What do you dislike about Retorio?**

You can't help but be captivated by the lively facial expressions and tone of voice of the avatars. To make them even more realistic for fashion retail, I’d love to see more hand gestures and natural movements incorporated.

**What problems is Retorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our markets have retail or field trainers to deliver sales training; however, the number of trainers has always been a challenge. When trainers don’t have the time to visit stores, this AI sales coaching tool is currently the best possible solution to standardize our service levels and skills.

**What do you like best about Retorio?**

We've worked with many tools before, but Retorio really surprised us. Onboarding was super fast, and we were able to get started right away. The software is extremely easy to use – no one needed extensive training.

I really like the depth of the analyses. You don't just get superficial data, but real insights that we could immediately put to use. In addition, the system easily adapts to our growing needs – it's very scalable.

I'd also like to give special mention to the Retorio team: always approachable, friendly, and competent. You can just tell they're passionate about their product.

For us, Retorio has become more than just a piece of software; it's an integral part of our work.

The most impressive part about Retorio is that we were able to get up-and-running within days. We uploaded various documents about our products, goals, industry and so on and it created a customised training program just for us.

**What do you dislike about Retorio?**

As far as I can tell, we have to continue to pay a monthly fee to Retorio or we will lose all of our customized training programs. If we stop using Retorio for, say, half a year, we have to continue to pay anyway. Perhaps they will find a better solution for this in the future.

**What do you like best about Retorio?**

What I value most is the practice-oriented and realistic learning environment. The combination of feedback and direct application ensures that learners make progress very quickly. Particularly valuable is the personalized feedback, which not only highlights strengths but also points out specific areas for improvement. Additionally, we experience high motivation among the participants, as they immediately recognize the relevance of the training for their professional everyday life.

**What do you dislike about Retorio?**

Overall, there is little to complain about. Occasionally, we wish for an even more flexible adaptation of the exercises to specific company needs. Additionally, the user interface could be made somewhat more intuitive in some areas to make it even easier for new learners to get started.

**What problems is Retorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retorio helps us to convey training content not only theoretically, but also in a practical and application-oriented manner. A central problem in traditional training is often that what is learned is difficult to implement in everyday life. Retorio bridges this gap by simulating realistic situations and providing learners with direct, individual feedback.

This benefits us in several ways: Our employees can practice their communication and behavioral skills in a protected environment, they receive concrete advice on strengths and areas for development, and the learning progress is transparently traceable for trainers and managers. Retorio gives the upper hand to the advisors to get a handson of the calls with customers before they go out live on calls. Its completely AI enabled and it helps the coach and the learners to have a comprehensive experience of live calls.

What I particularly like about Retorio is the quick and individualized creation of training situations. The avatars respond realistically, making the training authentic and practical. **What do you like best about Retorio?**

For us, the quick, simple, and straightforward creation and implementation of training scenarios is one of the greatest added values. Due to the now very realistic representation of the avatars, one comes very close to a real online conversation. Typical situations, e.g., from sales and leadership, are simulated very realistically. The diverse configuration options in the system allow us to create and differentiate scenarios tailored to our company. The software is developing very quickly. The operation is really simple. Data protection is excellently implemented (DSGV/EU-AI Act). The team at Retorio is very committed, fast, and uncomplicated.

At the moment, there is actually nothing that I am missing from the application.

It largely replaces sales trainers in our company and is used for sales training. Additionally, we will use it in the future for internal services and management. Thus, it complements and replaces existing formats and can be replicated easily and as needed.
