Reputation has been extremely helpful in gathering patient surveys and feedback. I really value that all of the information is organized in one place and presented in detail, so I don’t have to guess what patients like or dislike. I love that the platform allows me to post multiple times throughout the month and gather data based on which source is most effective, frequented, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Reputation? That sometimes the platforms do not connect with Reputation, so I have to manually do it for each social platform, making Reputation seem pointless until the engineers patch the issue.
