Our simple (and powerful) interface is used to automate, schedule, manage, track and complete your outbound process whether you have a CRM or are just looking upgrade from managing sales opportunities in a Google document. Cold email automation is NOT spam when the sender follows the rules but cold emails sent with the wrong platform can get your account permanently suspended. We've been in the SaaS sales game for a while and couldn't find a product built to suit our needs, so we built our own. It's flexible enough for a first time founder while having the necessary features for even the most conservative enterprise team. We offer a FREE Forever plan (no strings attached) and if you have a question, you will talk to an expert not a bot or someone working for the weekend. Review about Replyify **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Replyify?** The upsides to using replyify are as follows: it sends 500 emails per day, drafting and sending campaigns are very smooth, the price per month for the amount of emails allowed to send out per day is unmatched, their customer support is easy to work with and they reply fast with any random questions I may have, tracking activity is easy and easy to read. **What do you dislike about Replyify?** I get confused on bounced emails and suppressed contacts and there is no easy way to remove a group of contacts from a campaign which causes me to have to duplicate campaigns more often since the limit of contacts is 10,000. If the suppressed and bounced contacts were removed from the campaign and from my contacts all on their own, that would be so so so beneficial. **What problems is Replyify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cold email sends, I cannot draft 500 emails a day by myself, it would take up a significant amount of time. This marketing tool is very effective and very easy to use. The support staff is helpful, and their instructional blogs, videos, and documentation have been helpful at every stage. **What do you dislike about Replyify?** Nothing I dislike about Replyify. It has a free trial, is very easy to use and has good customer support. The support staff can assist you and walk you through the platform. **What problems is Replyify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Replyify helps us with our day-to-day email marketing campaigns. The settings and parameters were easy to use and modify to my own preferences. I have not used it with any other tool yet, but the option for Salesforce (and other CRMs) is a great addition there. That is as well as the use of webhooks. **What do you dislike about Replyify?** The limits really make it hard to test the software properly. I don't know of a way to ensure that the tool doesn't go above those limits which might end up with me bi=eing charged for it. if there is a way to see the number of emails you have and the number of your email credits have been consumed, that would be best. **What problems is Replyify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using it to reach out to cold leads. I have discovered its integration with LinkedIn and calls and would explore that more thoroughly. By using the omnichannel options offered, I can get more responses from leads. ### 4. Replyify integrates with many other platforms/app such as Facebook, Google Forms, Linkedin, Twitter. I get great support from the Replyify team and am very happy to recommend Replyify to my friends. It is very easy to set a campaign alive and add contacts to the campaign. It takes me just some minutes to create an email campaign with hundreds of contacts. It saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Replyify?** I have nothing to complain about this app. It is not entirely free but with trial version, you can use for many simple purpose. If you want to create professional email marketing to grow sales and your business, you should upgrade your account and use the official one. Team management is easy, and so is creating consistent templates to use across the team. I was able to get up and running with my team, everything integrated with Salesforce and saw really great results very quickly. The platform is also so intuitive - I barely had to do any training within the Replyify platform itself. The customer support is also some of the best I've received. They're quick to respond and always have an answer. (I also have a TON of questions for them and they never make me feel like I'm asking silly or unnecessary questions.) **What do you dislike about Replyify?** I wish you could upload larger lists at a time, but uploading a list every few weeks is not too bad in the grand scheme of things. **What problems is Replyify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're automating outbound email campaigns that look like they're coming from a person. The emails send automatically to the designated list and then my reps receive responses directly in their inbox. They can also follow up with phone calls and other engagement like linkedin connections. We were able to achieve 35-40% open rate on cold emails and open some key opportunities while many other businesses were struggling during the COVID slow down. ### 12.
