**What do you like best about Reiter & Co. Construction Software?**

Very easy to verify quantities and discuss locations of takeoff, as well as organizing my data clearly. Multiple times I've been able to discuss the project with owners and establish scope issues, as well as the specific issues. A bonus is being able to show subcontractors exactly where their scope is, as well as quantifying items for a install only subcontractor, or the integration between two different subs. 

**What do you dislike about Reiter & Co. Construction Software?**

 Software can be difficult to learn, and some are resistant to change. overall the product does well, but there certainly is a curve to competence. With proper training the work is easy and quick but training is long and not easy for some. I was able to learn the program in college, and the training offered by the providers is very intense. 

**Recommendations to others considering Reiter & Co. Construction Software:**

Try multiple options before you select one and actually do the same estimate on all platforms.

**What problems is Reiter & Co. Construction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear and concise takeoff quantities that can be saved and reviewed. Communication has been massively improved with both ownership and the subcontractors, and even within the project team. This is a great tool for conveying the scope without a massive amount of headache.
