It would also be helpful if there were more capabilities in cascading goals so that you can see high level values and how they link to specific opportunities. If that cascading was an option, the goals section needs more functionality in organization - re-ordering, re-prioritizing, collapsing goals, etc. **What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a merit based promotion system, and we use Reflektive to track that. ### 8. The notification set up is good - it is easy for individuals to know when tasks are required to be completed and when things are ready to view or review. **What do you dislike about Reflektive?** When I was using it, the UI was a little clunky and the progression could be better. There were too many bottlenecks that needed to be completed to move on to the next step & it should be easier to edit. I am also not sure if this was an internal option, but the required length for certain parts of the application were too long. Some sections do not need cumbersome responses to be valuable. **What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the performance review cycle between managers and peers. Based on permissions it allows users to select individuals they want - offering a degree of flexibility. This has only been used for one performance cycle, but I can see it being useful moving forward as well. ### 13. I also like the functionality that you can tag other people and write positive reviews about them and other can comment or "like" an update. **What do you dislike about Reflektive?** Not a lot of options for the goals section- there should be something in between "completed" and "in progress". Not being able to edit your responses after you submit but before your manager reviews the content. The icons and information is a little large and bulky, but great user experience. It would also be helpful to track changes or compare the updates between one review cycle and the next to see progress by comparison. Very easy to review peers and provide feedback and select and solicit feedback from peers just by searching their information. I also appreciate how the right hand panel is customizable for each company so that they can add their career ladder information, training materials and other relevant information **Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:** Weekly emails are really cool to see the updates/positive reviews from other employees in our company **What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Problems: having a clear record of what goals each employee made, what their progress is and what needs to happen for the next promotion. We have it looped on our main TV in the office, so that everyone can see the recognition posts in real time. I also like the weekly recap emails that are automatically generated. You can finally tag multiple people in a post. **What do you dislike about Reflektive?** The extension for Chrome doesn't take you to the Reflektive website. Instead, it takes you to a download page. That should be fixed, because otherwise, what's the point of having the plug-in? Right now, I have to scroll through my emails to find one that I can click on to get to our page. Until recently, you couldn't tag multiple people in a post, so you had to write multiple posts about the same thing to tag each person involved. Finally, you can tag multiple people, so if you're trying to recognize a whole team or group of people, you only have to write one post. **Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:** If you're looking to boost moral and facilitate feedback and recognition for employees, this is a great tool! **What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a large agency setting, or any time you are split into teams, it's not always easy to provide positive feedback or recognize someone for a job well done.
