Ultimately, Reflektive is a tool used to execute on one's own ideas. So the work to develop effective goals is done before opening Reflektive. For the types of goals I typically set, I find it most useful to do a quarterly review of my goals. I do not quantify my progress toward goal achievement, but take a gut check to see if I honestly have been putting energy into pursuing that goal.

With regard to company engagement--I find the most effective method of getting people to use Reflektive is to use it myself, talk regularly with people around me about my use of the tool, and directly recommend other people use the tool. Set the example of the behaviors we want to see by exhibiting those behaviors ourselves.
