## Reflektive Reviews
  ### 1. Reflektive has been a fantastic tool in helping to streamline our internal reviewing process.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

- the Request Feedback function
- the Notes function (which allows for both private notes for you to guide convos with either direct reports or your own manager, OR notes that you can share with someone as an agenda for your next meeting)

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There doesn't seem to be a way to use the system to take running meeting notes from either of your sessions - this is a really big miss for me, since this is the way we keep actually keep track of progress towards goals or areas of opportunity (and concrete examples to support).

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of emailing other staff for feedback or requesting in person and having the ask get lost in the shuffle, the feedback request system provides a streamlined way to both request the feedback and the fact that once it's submitted, it shows up in that person's file is extremely helpful for reference.

  ### 2. Reflektive Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

This is the only tool that I have used in a professional setting for reviews, but I cannot imagine using another platform. It is user friendly, easy to navigate and allows to easy to read reviews

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There is not much that I dislike with Reflektive as I have never encountered any issues, bugs or problems while using the system.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Reflektive to solve performance and professional issues and highlight good performances. These reviews have allowed for me to reflect on myself as well as other coworkers have reviewed my performances.

  ### 3. User friendly

Timely monitor

  ### 4. Senior Software Engineer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Feedbacks, Quarterly review and Appreciation dashboard

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Notifications. Should have setting for it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. Simple way to thank coworkers!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo M. | Resolution Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It is an easy, simple way to thank your coworkers and to provide feedback after a job well done. The point system with the rewards incentive motivates to provide positive feedback in situations some normally would not.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not necessarily an issue with the current system, but not enough incentives on our end. It may also help to be able to provide the Feedback Program as part as the review system to showcase the shout outs you received during that time period.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Great way to provide peer to peer feedback.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think networking and helping people work together has been improved with Relektive. Once we started helping each other out and we showed our gratitude for the help, it created work friendships where we have coworkers we would not normally reach out to for assistance.

  ### 6. Super Easy Compliments to CoWorkers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven O. | Integration Support Speclialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

For me, it is actually the integration with Slack. It makes is very easy to be in the moment to update someone on their achievements. I sometimes can be forgetful and that helps me constantly being able to do it.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I wish there was a little more creativity for how we could acknowledge a job well done. Sometimes a note can be a little weird for a small task, and maybe a Kudos button would be nice?

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

A kudos system of sort.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving feedback. Letting people know you appreciate their work every day and not letting them get burnt out or unappreciated. I also see how awesome it is to give that feedback because ti makes the person smile

  ### 7. Great for recognition and meeting agenda

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan R. | Lead, Coaching Services , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love the feedback and recognition feature, a great way to stay connected in a remote world! I also enjoy the 1:1 agenda option for meetings with managers and direct reports, this allows us all to be on the same page when it comes to meetings, and keep track of our thoughts during the days without meetings. The goal setting feature is great too- an awesome way to keep your goals and thoughts organized.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I find that certain features aren't as intuitive as they could be. I'm a fairly tech savvy person and I find myself struggling to navigate certain aspects of Reflektive at times. Especially when it comes to my goals vs goals of my direct reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I think it's a great platform for employee recognition and goal setting. It's a great way to recognize peers for their hard work and by giving them a 'virtual pat on the back'. Reflective is also a great organizational tool in that it allows you to keep your goals front and center and allows your manager to view them as well.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the majority of the people I directly work with being remote, it's a great way to have the sense of connection with your coworkers, some whom I've never met in person.

  ### 8. Reflektive is Great of Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I've seen a lot of attempts at including feedback like this as a culture driver, but I've seen Reflektive in action and seen the positive impact it has had on our culture.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

You have to remember to go in and check Reflektive, so it's proactive but I think it would be great if there was a way for it to show some of the top posts somewhere within the organization.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest impact I have seen is just a more proactively positive culture where people are sharing the praise for success with others who helped to contribute. For me personally, I love to give people kudos for a job well done and make sure others see the impact they have had.

  ### 9. Feedback about our Feedback App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lou G. | Salesforce Administrator, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like receiving and sharing words of encouragement with members of our team. They really help us call out when someone is doing a great job.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I can't @ mention people in the comments I use to reply to posts

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're looking to help recognize people that really help others at the company and aggregate the information with hashtags in the posts to highlight folks at the end of the year awards.

  ### 10. Limited capabilities

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the opportunity to thank employees

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Reporting, lack of flexibility, support,

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have goals that we can measure on the system.

  ### 11. First time user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Love the ability to recognize others in my company through the website and then having it show directly in slack. Also, track all my KPI’s through here and it’s a breeze to do.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Nothing right now. I am still a new user so just poking around more here.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking my kpi's and the ability to recognize my colleagues in a public and fun way.

  ### 12. The best way to share cross-departmental feedback!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse L. | Enrollment Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love how I'm able to formalize my feedback across teams within Reflektive. It's a great social platform which allows me to know that my work is appreciated and let others know I enjoy working with them. Additionally it makes it super easy for us to aggregate and use for 1-1's and reviews throughout the year.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Unfortunately when I started as a contractor I was receiving feedback but didn't have access to the system. I would get an email notification but couldn't see anything more than somebody said "thanks!"

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, I think it is best for noting individuals performance in a lasting way. It's easy to say thanks in the day-to-day but then forget about it later down the road. Reflektive is a great way for people to recognize others in a lasting way.

  ### 13. Effective platform to share and receive feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

User-friendly, easy to navigate, has automated drop-down menu, you can use multiple options to sync your goals with your team, managers and overall organization. It makes a clear and easy understanding of employee journey and performance quarter over quarter.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not having automated notifications that remind employees if they're close or below the target they need to reach, it would be amazing if feature like that would exist on the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Reflektive is a great tool to make sure you are on top of your own, your team's and your organisational goals. It creates both accountability and transparency in companies by organizing a unique overview of each individual's goals and performances.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goal setting, tracking of achievement, receiving and giving feedback, tying up the goals from organization with individual employee goals.

  ### 14. Excellent tool for fostering workplace growth & accountability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel G. | Transportation Analyst, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We love that goals can be shared and linked together, which creates a sense of community for our firm. We appreciate that feedback can be given, requested, and archived for future reflection. This tool has excellent goal-setting features, including measuring success.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Reflektive should send reminders about goals, or check in if a log in hasn't occurred in awhile.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

This tool works best when the entire unit is invested in its tools.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working towards our goals of fostering growth as a firm and being intentional with our time and effort.

  ### 15. Reflektive makes planning and reviews simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive is a super user-friendly tool for managers and direct reports alike. My favorite features are the ability to track and manage team and individual goals. I also like using the review system to give shoutouts to employees that are doing well. My direct reports have shared how much they appreciate the recognition.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I have no complaints about Reflektive other than something so tiny it's hardly worth mentioning. Right now, whenever I login it takes me straight to the "2018 reviews" page which is not relevant for my team anymore. Probably I have something weird in my settings.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's simple to use and has a lovely user interface.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to publicly and personally recognize my direct reports. It feels different to know that your manager took time to type out a note about the great things you are doing. This is a huge boost to team morale.

  ### 16. Great way to make feedback a habit.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon B. | Creative Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Really appreciate the way Reflektive integrates into our current ways of working. It makes life simple and you don't need to go out of your way to make it work.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I think the biggest challenge is just getting an understanding of how I should use it. I don't want to overdo it, because then it just doesn't feel genuine.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Make sure you get everyone on the same page. Up front.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to keep track of how your team is going, rather than relying on once (or twice) a year appraisals.

  ### 17. What a great idea

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love that you can recognize your coworkers for the great work they are doing, often above and beyond their "job description."

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Sometimes there's a little too much recognition and it gets a bit over played. I'd recommend limiting the amount of people you can recognize per week

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No specific problems, but I think that the biggest benefit is that recognition is good for morale and motivation.

  ### 18. I love reflektive and its user intuitiveness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Reflektive has been an amazing tool for our team. It helps to connect new and more senior hires by utilizing photos with posts. Also, by enabling hashtags that feed into the review process, our team is now writing higher quality shout outs.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I had some issues early on with photos not uploading or uploading incorrectly without the ability to edit. Since, their customer support team has fixed the issues and made it smoother than ever.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every time during a review, it's a panicky situation as you try to recall all your achievements over the 6 months. and promise that you'll document your milestones better for the next time, With Reflektive, I like that you can flag certain shout outs and emails that show up in your review - This is a really important factor enables you. You can just mark it such, give specific feedback and have this show up during your review and really get into nuanced and richer discussions our of your review which is so much better. Thanks to this feature, I can be stress-free around my review and not walk away feeling that I did not highlight everything I wanted to

I just wish that it had the capacity for goal management either independantly to better track goals set for the next 6 months

While I appreciate the idea of Reflektive, I wish it was integrated into our salesforce so that we don't have so many platforms we have to go to.

Reflektive gives our organization a way to call out good work that our colleagues do.

For something like Reflektive to work it needs to be embedded in the company culture. In our organization some people use it and others don't so it can feel like it is only of value to some employees.

Use the point system to your advantage and give rewards to your employees once they reach a certain amount of points. This will give people incentive to use the platform.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my office, we reward people when they reach a certain amount of points. Reflektive awards are something that people in my office look forward to a lot.

  ### 33. I'm new to Reflektive but it's been wonderful so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chante O. | Social Strategy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

What I love about Reflektive is that it creates a space for colleagues to acknowledge one another's hard work, and occasions when a team member goes above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Right now I don't know that I have anything that I'd say I dislike about Reflektive. Like I said I'm new to the tool so I'll learn more in time!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication gaps are being filled which is huge, especially at a company as large as mine.

  ### 34. Great tool for giving and getting feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy L. | Senior Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that I can track my own goals, set interim milestones, graph my progress. I like that I can share my goals "publicly" within my company so that others can see what I am pursuing with intention. And I like being able to request feedback for seemingly small things and big things.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I don't like that I cannot see a repository of feedback I have requested (that is still awaiting responses). I don't like that I cannot see a list of feedback requests that I need to complete for others.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Find your core group of believers in the power of giving feedback. Then use Reflektive well and persistently. You have to model behavior to get people to display that behavior.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People in my region do not know with clarity about other people's intended growth areas, so we aren't working in concert to get the best out of each other. By sharing goals openly, and by leaders modeling the use of Reflektive for giving and getting feedback, we are making shifts in our culture around giving and getting feedback and understanding how to help each other do even better.

  ### 35. An extremely useful tool for Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We had been using Reflektive for years now. I love this tool as it helps us to recognize each other and come out at the best in each one of us.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I had an experience where I was unable to redeem the points for a while. It continued for around 2 weeks.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Better customer support

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following would be the business problems that Reflektive might be solving & benefits I've realized:
- Better employee engagement
- Boosts employee morale
- A chance to speak out to the company

  ### 36. Great tool for recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristal L. | TV Technical Expert, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

What I really like is that it's very easy to use, and makes peer to peer recognition easier to do. Which in turn boosts morale.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

My only concern is that it doesn't seem easy to incorporate a way to redeem results through it

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my work place, there are new posts daily, it really boosts team morale

  ### 37. Really intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We have an integration with Slack so I love that you can see the reviews immediately and don't have to flip through multiple systems. Additionally, we log-in through Okta so it is seamless. The UI is also a bonus as it is clean and easy to understand. We also have a connection through our email so there are constant reminders to encourage co-workers.
When doing reviews for yourself or others, it is also helpful that previous shoutouts show up on the right. It helps me remember what I, or others did, since a lot can happen in a year! It is also helpful that you can save reviews as a PDF and control what the people you manage will see from peer reviews. This allows for people to have better conversations with their managers about any constructive feedback, rather than reading it in a blind review.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

It is very minor but I don't like that you need to switch between the reviews and you don't have easy access to all reviews, all in one place.
Additionally, it would be helpful to make the reviews more anonymous or blinded. It is often easy to attribute who said what, even if their name isn't shared, so finding a better way to hide that through the system would be appreciated to protect employees who have feedback mainly for the manager (intended to be shared with the employee directly).

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

This is great for very distributed teams, working globally and on various parts of a common project or goal. It really allows for people who might be shy to say it outloud, or might not remember to bring things up in an annual review to have a means of immediate feedback.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building community, encouraging people to call out the good work of others. As we are able to mention multiple people in a single post, it really highlights the teamwork that is needed to get things done. We have a global office so there can be a lot of disconnect with the teams and this really brings everyone together.
Additionally, it allows us to focus on our core company values in our posts. When someone does something that lives up to the main hashtags we use, it is easy to track. Interestingly, specific teams often get the same types of hashtags frequently

  ### 38. User-friendly product that allows everyone on the team to contribute and view feedback.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love that the feedback is public so I can celebrate wins with my teammates! More importantly, I can use Reflektive to give feedback to other teams at my organization. I love commenting on feedback others have given.

Reflektive is customizable so we don't have to give up company-specific workflows.

The hashtag system is great too, as it allows me to view trends in my feedback. Using Reflektive to complete my quarterly check-ins with leadership is clear and easy.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The mobile version of Reflektive is not my favorite - it is difficult to view feedback given to me all in one place.

Additionally, I don't like that I need to sign in to the mobile version of the app every time.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needed a place where all teams could give public, easily tracked feedback to one another. I love that I can view trends in my feedback and give it across teams. Many other teams make my job easier each day and they deserve recognition!

  ### 39. Nice way to share/track feedback

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We've found the option to organize goals and feedback in one platform extremely helpful. The option to give real-time feedback to other coworkers has also been great and good for morale. There's also an option to cascade goals from senior members of the team to more jr. members to ensure everyone is aligned on goals.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Some areas of the platform are not the most intuitive. I've sometimes founds myself clicking around trying to find something that ought to be obvious. That can be a bit frustrating at times and I consider myself to be pretty savvy with most platforms.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving and sharing feedback to keep team on track for goals, while also improving performance.

  ### 40. Simple, clean interface that could use more fun

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It's not overwhelming. The interface is really clean. It's nice to see how I'm doing with a chart mapped to the company's core values. I like that Reflektive integrates well with our emails so I never miss when someone tags me in a post.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

In the Recognition tab, it's hard to parse the posts in terms of who gave a shoutout and who the shoutout is for.

The interface could use a bit more color/graphics to make it seem lively and celebratory.

I wish that you could search or tap on an person's name to see more detail about that person (the shout outs that they give and receive)

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that Reflektive has been a simple tool to use to give thanks to others on my team. I think I see people engaging more with this platform than through our own chat channels in order to give shoutouts.

  ### 41. Great source for feedback and information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the open communication board best. It allow you to communicate with others.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I really dont have anything I dislike, I enjoy receiving feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Try it out, you will not regret it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

perfect way to received feedback

  ### 42. Simple and easy to use for performance management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emile S. | Performance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

This software is easy to learn and use. Goal setting is straight forward and simple as it is accurate and time saving.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

No major dislike so far however when doing submission, it doesn't allow for confirmation so you can submit something that has errors.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

This system is the best for performance management as it is easy to do performance evaluation. I recommend it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system assists in team performance evaluation hence increasing employees morale of work. It enables us to write and receive reviews in an organised manner.

  ### 43. helps with quarterly reviews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that i can input my self review and then my manager can comment on them and i can see what they saw about it. its a written reflective that cannot be disputed down the line.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

i dislike the confusing submit, but can see edit function. for a review, i would think that submitting would be the final step and you cannot edit after that. but you can still edit after you submit if it is before the deadline. that should be explained better

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

able to have written, undisputable quarterly reviews, as opposed to just a verbal annual review where the notes are not online for both parties to see afterward.

  ### 44. Its facebook for management

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen D. | Sr Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Not much. It does allow some level of communication between users and that is always good.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

No 'dislike' button. With only positive feedback there is only one-sided reviews.
It isn't tied into other more common platforms so use is limited.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to improve performance reviews/feedback into a more continuous process.

  ### 45. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dorothy C. | Senior Tax Manager, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

This program is easy to use. I like that we can give points and praise to co-workers and that the information is available when time to prepare job evaluations.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I'd like to have more options on the points we give. Only have 2 options. In the program we used before Reflektive, you could decide the exact amount you wanted to give.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

For users, having recognition and evaluation components in one program is a big plus!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The younger generation of employees seems to really like the social media aspect. The biggest benefit to me is being able to access the comments made about my advisees so I can include that information in their evaluations.

  ### 46. Great platform for giving coworkers shout outs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like how easy it is to highlight the accomplishments of my coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I dislike the goal setting feature. It isn’t the most efficient for my role in my organization because of the complexities of my goals.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to give quick and uplifting shout outs to team members for the whole organization to see, creating a sense of morale and teamwork.

  ### 47. Reflective Helps Give Recognition Where Recognition Is Due

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milo C. | .Net Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like the way that you can reward coworkers with small discreet rewards that sort of are like *likes* in mainstream social media.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The expiring rewards contributes to a glut of very quick rewards at the end of the month which at times seems disingenuous

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I think that setting ground rules for its use, i.e. what warrants rewarding a peer, is essential for the program to work effectively.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe that we are trying to make sure that peers are able to reward each other which leads to more cross-department recognition which leads to more understanding of what each team does.

  ### 48. Easy to Use and a Great Concept

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It's a great way to recognize your coworkers in a fast, easy to use format and the fact that they can receive gift cards on top of it is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The only thing that bothers me just a little is the amount of emails I get from it, but I am guessing this is something I can turn off anyway.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's a good way to encourage your employees to support each other!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coworkers often don't recognize each other or provide positive feedback on a regular basis because there isn't a way to do this outside of the formal review process. Reflektive has been valuable to me as I can see how my coworkers interact each other and also find out about great work in our company that I might not have otherwise known about.

  ### 49. Reflektive is a great way to acknowledge your co-workers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

There are many times where you'd like to thank a co-worker for their hard work or help with a specific project and Reflektive is a great way to surface this to the rest of the company.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Occasionally it seems like a little bit of excessive back patting that doesn't need to be in a public forum.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive gives you the opportunity to stop and think about who is going above and beyond to help you with your specific tasks or someone who is helping elevate the company to the next level.

  ### 50. Review

**Reviewed by:** Purchasing C. | admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

sometimes it lags but it might be my computer, I'd like there to be more updates

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

orginazation in my company and working efficiently has been ultimately better
