## Reflektive Reviews
  ### 1. Quaterly review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajkumar s. | Software Development Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We can appreciate teammates, by which they also feel proud and appreciated about their contribution.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The quarterly question list is very long, which feels like never-ending.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not solving any problem, but at the same time, it feels good when someone appreciates my contribution in the team.

  ### 2. Performance and Engagement in one easy to navigate platfortm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The ease for end users. Compared to other systems, this is truly a user friendly platform that is intuitive, even to those not as familiar with performance management systems.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The integration with our payroll/HRIS was a little bit tricky but that was mostly due to the HRIS integration team than Reflektive. I do wish the nudges were automated though.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to manage the performance management end of our business in a way that isn't so labor intensive. The reporting functions also have eliminated hours of compilation work for our HR team every quarter.

  ### 3. Nice platform and great customer service!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

As an admin, I enjoy the review cycles to review employees, goals platform and recognition wall. The functionalities are easy to use. If I run into questions about a button, report, etc. our company Customer Success Rep is always available to help (she usually responds within the hour!).

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The reporting on the platform is good but it can be better. There are way too many buttons that populate different information that can be confusing (at times). It does the job, though!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep employees accountable by using the goals function in the platform. Everything in one, easy to use solution.

  ### 4. Awesome experience for peer feedback and review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The Thanx feature is good for peer feedback. Also, it provides proper weekly notifications. Very interactive to know this in the org. The stars earned and weekly monthly progress is also quite nice to see.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The tabs for answering review questions and formatting and not very helpful. The formatting when you copy content from docs where you generally write a draft before submitting on reflective gets skewed on copy past. Also, it has very less indentation options that are present.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self and peer review. Also setting up goals for each quarter.

  ### 5. Very positive and encouraging experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that I can publicly thank a coworker for their hard work and support. That acknowledgment is very helpful for team morale.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I dislike the "goals" section; it seems clunky and not as straightforward/user friendly as the other sections.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most practical use get out of reflektive would be the personal goals/individual development plan. I use this in conjunction with my manager to plan out short, medium, and long term goals and direct my attention with regard to where I see my career going.

  ### 6. Reflektive has been an excellent platform and thought partner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The software is extremely intuitive to use and they are always updating it based on feedback and best practices, so it is always best-in-class.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I can't think of anything honestly. Their support and the customer success manager team is extremely responsive and valuable as well!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We completely revamped our broken, old-fashioned, not valuable performance management process using Reflektive. We now have regular 1x1 meetings, real-time feedback and coaching, quarterly performance check-ins, goal-setting, and more all in a one stop shop in Reflektive for our employees to use.

  ### 7. Pleasant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena P. | Assurance Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Pleasant and social media-like interface
Looks clean and modern

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Goal setting is not so flexible and hard to update the progress as it goes

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing people appreciate each other strengthens culture and bond
Showing appreciation and feeling appreciated
Performance reviewed and offering feedback

  ### 8. My time with reflective

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve C. | Art Director/ Creative , Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like how it gives me the opportunity to say thanks to the team and to be thanked for when I do a good job, it helps generate positivity in the team

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I think that the general UX/UI of the platform could be improved on, I sometimes find it hard to navigate and find what I need.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I reckon its well worth investing in, as its a great way for employees to feel validated, but also ensure the overall success of the company, employee by employee. I would recommend keeping it simple and using the tool in close liaise with the manager to ensure that it is most effective. This ensures that both the employee and the manager are on the same page. The platform is great for transparency within an organisation, as it allows everyone to see what they are doing both good and bad. I would say that managers should stress the importance of the platform to their staff, but also make it seem like they are important and valued. Because at the end of the day that is the reason why the program should be used in the first place. Employees should set goals with their manager to ensure that they align.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been great to have a central platform to set goals and have regular chats with my manager, and keep on task, it's good to be accountable and have realistic but ambitious KPIs.

  ### 9. Beginner Thoughts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Plastics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The Reflektive site is easy to use with a simple interface. There are tons of features for moving, editing, sharing goals. The app also increases employee engagement with work anniversaries and public feedback.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There aren't a lot of negatives at this time, but we did run into an issue when trying to integrate the webpart with our intranet. It's not a user friendly webpart.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

None at this moment.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High fives, reviews and feedback are all in one place. Previously, our company had these things scattered.

  ### 10. Reflective to good to add the planning of Career Growth, it lacks in measuring the goals

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

adding notes in 1:1 and shoutouts. Creating Goals is little painful still it helps in career growth

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

process of creating goals is painful, we cant add the key results during creation of goals, we can only create key result but cant edit it while creation.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

If Key Results are measured more accurately, it can compete with other vendors in the market.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

what am i learning in my current position and what are the steps im taking to promote myself

  ### 11. From the beginning pitch - the people and the product have been awesome.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The platform is mostly really intuitive and the functionality addresses just about every aspect of performance and development.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not sure yet - so far it has everything we are looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Go forward! It's a great product with a supportive team behind it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a platform that was user friendly, intuitive, integrated with Outlook and Teams, allowed flexibility and encouraged 1:1 conversations between managers and employees. We are launching next week but so far this seems to have hit all the marks.

  ### 12. A game changer for my performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgia T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The Feedback (Beta) module! Game Changer

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

More conversation Starters would be nice for the Feedback module

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made me feel like I have greater access to feedback from my managers and my peers. This has enabled me to find areas I need to improve in and areas that I should continue to lean into as my strengths.

  ### 13. Reviews online

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stephanie j. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Having all documents pertaining to reviews in one place.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

When writing OKRs, the format was not easy to understand and it was difficult to indicate completion and any detail or nuances related to completion.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Reviews and Quarterly OKRs.

  ### 14. Flexible and comprehensive performance management system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It has many features allowing you to customise your surveys, polls, reviews, and the customer service officers are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The interface is not that user-friendly - not always clear what the function of each button is. It would help if there is an 'info' button that pops up for users to understand.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a 360 degree performance review for all employees, being able to track the progress of the review and have the progress shown to you in a clear chart, and being able to remind participants to complete the steps / actions required through the system. It's pretty seamless!

  ### 15. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth H. | UCC Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The website is very user-friendly. Easy to use, post, see the news feed, see and manage my goals and review them with my manager. I like that I can make comments when I'm putting in my goals to further explain why I feel the way I do.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The only thing I don't like so far is that I don't understand about the goal archiving and how I'm supposed to quantify different goals (for example, percentage, quantities, etc). I also don't think it's very obvious where the team goals are located, unless I missed it. And I'm not sure what the 360 review is all about.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been helpful to put my goals in there and discuss them with my manager. It's an at-a-glance view of where I'm at with the company

  ### 16. Reflektive - Good system to help get out of the paper piles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Easy to use, nice graphics within the system and allows for 1 on 1's, etc.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Customer service is not the best. It is not easy to get a hold of someone if you have a question or issue.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting associates to actually complete reviews. Allows for better control of what, who, where the reviews are happening and what information e are capturing.

  ### 17. User Friendley

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that it is easy to use and that you can choose to make your feedback either public or private.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

It is a little difficult to navigate when entering goals and aligning them.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It is user friendly but could use a bit of work when having to input goals.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have eliminated paper awards and it is much easier to keep track of.

  ### 18. It is so good to analyze things easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saphal v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The OKR's obviously, it allows us to find progress we made.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

In okr's , by default, it shows active ones. if possible give us some option to let us decide which is to be the default

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

able to see how much I'm progressing my work. and now I'm confident enough to showcase my work

  ### 19. Makes reviewing staff a breeze.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It's a quick and easy way to keep reviewing my team

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Lots of paperwork for my team... but it's worth it as it helps my team!

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

it's a great application, not sure on price, but does a really good job and integrates with gmail.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping a review of my team

  ### 20. Thought Provoking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive guide me to doing serious thought provoking concerning what it is I really want to achieve and why. Each time I write a goal I am pushed to ask why and how it pertains to Nutanix's goals and that of my team.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

For me, all of the professional bases are covered.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Prepare your thoughts

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am better able to link my goals in their proper order to achieve the audacious objective I desire. I don't want to be just an acquirer of certifications but rather gaining knowledge blocks that build a more excellent career

  ### 21. Reflektive is great for feedback!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that Reflektive can be integrated into Slack and used as a peer to peer recognition tool

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Reflektive is a little clunky, it's unintuitive to select from a drop down various cycles of programs (ie: review cycles)

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Reflektive as our performance management tool. We are able to create customizable questions for our employees and managers to answer as part of the review. The workflow is also nice.

  ### 22. Comprehensive and full of features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Health Coach Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Extensive features
Comprehensive review cycles
Allows customized review cycles for our company and employees
Great to be able to set goals and update them over time
It enables positive feedback to be surfaced that may otherwise be lost to the org at large, so the world is a slightly better place when more positivity is able to be shared more freely.
I love how it auto-saves as I'm typing. VERY much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not enough detail per page
Navigation often takes too many clicks to get where you want. It's all "there" but in an effort to make everything look clean and white there's a lack of available information at your fingertips in any given page. There are so many ways more context could be surfaced. I realize that my use with Reflektive is limited mainly to providing feedback and setting goals and the platform is capable of much more than that, just speaking from my own experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's a nice tool to keep information about goals/feedback in one place. It's not always the easiest to navigate because it feels like the intent is to keep everything look "clean" rather than "useful" but the information is all there.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive allows me to contain all my teams reviews in one place, and that is helpful / resourceful. I could definitely achieve this in different ways, same with setting goals, but it's nice to be able to lean on reflektive and know that at least everything is self contained and accessible.

  ### 23. Reflective - Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalekye M. | Human Resource and Administration , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The interface is easy to understand and all modules are clear and easy to understand. There is also support in app

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

That when reviewing the quarterly goals, there is no where you cn put your comments unless you go to the 1;1 conversation tab

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That I can document the 1:1 conversations. There is also looking back on previous goals set and completed

  ### 24. Reflektive pays a lot of attention to your goals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The way they pay attention to your goals and how you will approach them.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The structure of the portal or website is very simple.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

To give it a shot and see for themselves that is worth it.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reminds me everyday of my goals.

  ### 25. Great Way to Give Kudos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate B. | Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive makes it so easy to give shoutouts to team members and have the whole company see the awesome work they're doing. It's also great for regular 360-degree feedback from team members and the self-review process.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The downside is that some people will be more into using it than others and so some people will get all the glory while others don't. However, Reflektive does remind you to thank people on your team if you haven't done it in a while and that type of encouragement definitely helps keep everyone using the software.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teams are using it for annual reviews, 360-degree feedback and shoutouts. We also integrate with Slack so everyone in the company gets alerts when people get shoutouts.

  ### 26. Choosing Reflektive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Continuous improvement with new releases. Great Customer Success Team.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Unable to align to multiple goals. Limited fields for employee profiles, which limits our ability pull from the platform. Also, limited APIs.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees use it for entering goals and tracking their 1on1's. We promote collaboration within the platform so that everyone is using one system to track conversations around performance and career goals.

  ### 27. Reflektive: a consistent measuring system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurpreet B. | Staffing Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive offers a competitive aspect to encourage better cooperation as it offers some good reward distribution functionalities. The Reflection Online page can be used and Gmail compatibility allowing users to give reviews without going to a different platform. It is good to see a short overview, without notes for every article. The Interface for all clients and administrators is visually appealing. I think Reflektive is adaptive and changing service, prepared to react to a design team. The reward system offers a very versatile and easy-to-use method for assessments, as well as very simple for workers.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I wish Reflektive could allow me to submit email alerts with a review written by my staff. Other than, I got no complaints about Reflektive, as I think it's perfect for our business.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Reflektive is an extremely useful tool if you want to move to a high-performance organizational review process and want some character customization. However, consider it is not planned as a social soapbox or a forum for awarding or as a marketing and communications channel for self-feedback or a client communications system. I conclude that it will only be not suited in cases where long-term assessments are needed, as it will not be sufficient.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive is used in the Marketing department of our enterprise, but it extends even internationally. The main objective for us was to achieve greater consistency and to have a consistent measuring system rather than uncommon annual calculation across the whole business.

  ### 28. Reflective 1 year later

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The praises are quick and easy to give and keep track of.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Lack of user friendly for reviews, unable to keep and view all provided and received. Only two left are self and manager.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Added feature which has proven very useful about the number of praises recieved and given

  ### 29. Excellent Goal Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The tool support private vs public sharing of notes and feedback which is great for one-on-one sessions.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I have not found much to dislike. For the goals management we use it for, it is working quite well.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive has eliminated the taking of employee goals in spreadsheets for us. The 1:1 section allows to track meeting notes as part of the tool. Another benefit I enjoy is the ability to add conversation starters right from your Outlook.

  ### 30. It kinda gets the job done

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The idea of providing a space where people can thank other people is really nice. It's a great positive re-inforcer. I also like the ease of which you can drop a gif as a response.
It does allow you to track your goals and easily see them when doing reviews, and allows you to use percentages to update your progress which is nice

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The UX is so difficult, everywhere. The app behaves really strangely for examples when doing reviews - only the textbox in the middle of the screen can be active, not showing you the other people's reviews in that same view, etc.
I also really dislike how I receive emails saying something like "Bob said thank you" but I have to click through and log in just to see what they said, instead of it appearing in the email.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to track our individual goals and do performance reviews. We also use it as a thank you/recognition tool

  ### 31. Great platform for Performance review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judson S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The ability to interact with my employees.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Reflektive tends to send out updates without alerting customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Advanced software platform that is easy to use, outgoing customer service, quick return from support team, and enables 1 on 1 conversations to occur between managers and employees.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communications between managers and employees and PDF documentation or quarterly performance reviews.

  ### 32. Excited to Continue Using Reflektive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive has alleviated the administrative burden on our team immensely, especially around reviews and goal-setting.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Some of the UI could be improved, we often have team members reach out to get more help/training when using a tool for the first time.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alleviating administrative burden, giving employees one place to manage all performance needs.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Organize management work and life, allowing colleagues and myself to clearly see the status and progress of work, which is super awesome! I will recommend it to friends.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

If the update time could be two months, it would be better. Sometimes when things get busy, it can be forgotten. Other than that, there's nothing bad, it's very good!

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let me have clear data and summaries to summarize my work progress and enhance planning.

  ### 34. MTS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We can get all reviews given by colleagues

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Way to notify users. Sended email should have more data about the context, whom we have to review and what are his history.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Effective in getting regular feedback from higher ops people.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can know all the feedback at single place. We can look at them anytime

  ### 35. It's good to compliment your peers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua F. | Email Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

It's easy and not time consuming. It couldn't get any easier than the outlook app connection. It keeps our companies communication up beat and always nice to receive compliments form coworkers! It does help out with the reviews that we go through so we know what to work on next. It helps to keep ourselves in check and inline with what we were brought in to do.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There isn't anything I could say that "I dislike". It is an extra thing you have to do, but it's also pretty simple to use. To have a complaint on a tool that helps co workers get compliments wouldn't make sense.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Very good for keeping co workers in the loop with what is going and being able to leave compliments on their work.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problem solving, just commenting on co workers awesome work. This keeps your teams moral high and we all strive to get compliments as it makes each individual feel better. Co workers that feel better about their work will work harder every day! Some things I do not want to say to a coworker right away and you don't want it to be hurtful. So being able to write a review can take some of that stress away and it will hopefully help that coworker out. It also makes our managers to remember to talk to us so that we know what we are doing wrong and right.

  ### 36. Quite interesting!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luisa B. | Ingeniera de Campo, Oil & Energy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Reflektive is a good way to provide reviews and self check-ins. It could benefit from having more features and I would definitely like to see improvements in how it handles text formatting for its entries. Good software but with a lot of room for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

It could benefit from having more features, some text areas should have rich text support and, if possible, markdown as well. Sometimes you copy formatted text, and it is displayed correctly formatted in the text area, but once you save it, it loses all the formatting.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive is super easy to use. All your goals, reviews, and feedback from your manager and coworkers can be easily recorded. My company also uses this as a kind of platform for general positive feedback among coworkers monthly, which is a great thing to see.

  ### 37. Reflektive is a Good Recognition Source

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The way how easy it is to leave feedback,

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Not having goal tips. Maybe having a tip section would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

It's a good way to provide feedback and recognition.,

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly recognition since it boost moral.

  ### 38. One Platform to have one on one reviews and track the progress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Sharing the feedback along with points to motivate the peer. Tracking of goals with the progress. Scheduling 1-1 seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

noting as of not. i like the product and its services.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Reflective for managing our OKR's, Feedbacks and tracking the goals.

  ### 39. Overall Reflektive is a easy and effective tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The flexibility, features, and easy of use.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Our implementation was pretty rough at first, it was resolved though! The reporting can be tricky and not all reports we wanted were possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Overall I think Reflektive is an effective and useful platform for performance based on functionality and cost.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance accountability, 1:1s, engagement, etc.

  ### 40. It makes 1:1s and goal achieving easier in busy environments

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella C. | medical team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

We have crazy schedules and there isn't always time to meet for 1:1 discussions. It makes it easy to do quick catch ups, especially in "off" weeks when there isn't time for in person meetings. It also is a decent way to measure goals and long term performance metrics.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I don't love the amount of time that is needed to make the product great. It almost takes as much time to get through all the filling out of forms as it would to just block of an in person meeting, so there are definitely trade offs.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I would say I prefer Lattice, and if you can only choose one, that's fine. You don't need multiple, just consider what needs you have and which will fill them best.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of tracking goals and saving time and the difficulty of coordinating busy alternate schedules.

  ### 41. Feedback on Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan F. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I love the opportunity to offer thanks and appreciation for both team members and colleagues across departments.

I enjoy the capability within Reflektive to provide a measurable framework to set measurable goals to discuss with my manager.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There isn't really anything that I dislike about the software.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive offers an intentional way for my manager and myself to communicate about long term goals that I have made.

Company wide, we have been using Reflektive as a way to provide more recognition across teams. I am currently a part of the recognition committee and we use the feedback submissions within Reflektive to recognize hard-working employees that have gone above and beyond.

  ### 42. Good tool for tracking performance in larger orgs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** candace k. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I've personally only used Reflektive for goal management, check ins, and annual performance reviews. I did like how easy it was to structure performance reviews for direct reports, and how easy it was to answer the questions/submit self-reviews. The software and interface is pretty straightforward for that. Same for the goal setting.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

What I didn't enjoy about Reflektive was how manual it felt in tracking goals. Maybe we weren't using the program right, but it would've been great to integrate with Asana or something like that. Because of this, it at times felt forced to do goal tracking and check-ins.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Leaf Group, our teams were fairly large, so having regular 1:1s with either your manager or direct report became hard. It was great to have Reflektive as almost a record-keeper....inserting goals helped both parties remember what was discussed, what expectations were, etc.

  ### 43. Customer Success Associate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne-Caroline M. | Customer Success Associate , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like how user friendly Reflektive is! The email notifications are incredibly helpful and allow us to stay connected to everyone in the company which is great! Reflektive makes the distribution of information really easy and efficient. Reflektive also allows us to leave feedback for coworkers and members of other teams. This is really fun and allows us to show appreciation for all of the hard work other members put in!

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I would love to be able to tag people in comments when responding to posts - currently we are not able to tag a specific person in the comments section (though we get notifications when someone responds). Adding this feature would make it even easier to communicate directly with people. A chat feature would also be really great! Something that is maybe worth considering for the future?

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

Super great tool! Highly recommend to companies with separate offices.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive allows us to optimize communication within the company and with other teams. We currently have a team overseas - having Reflektive allows us to communicate with them effectively and also allows us to build bonds with team members that we are not able to work with physically! It is a great way to get to know people that you're working with. Reflektive also allows us to share productive feedback with those we are working closely with. It is super transparent and allows everyone to be celebrated for the hard work they do!

  ### 44. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that it's intuitive and simple. It doesn't take a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There isn't a lot of room to do something different.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that we can get reviews done fairly quickly globally twice a year, and we can also use it for recognition all year long.

  ### 45. Helped to Review Individual Performance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradeep C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Alignment of each Objective with Higher Hierarchy.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Managers and Team Lead cannot assign Key Results to our team members.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track the Progress of the team and individual towards the Objective.

  ### 46. Useful for 360 reviews

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Head of Strategy and Insight, Detroit, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Great anonymous reviews and a simple to use interface that make it straight forward to do 360 and performance review work. Everything taken care of behind the scenes so you don't have to do a lot of fiddly admin to set up.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

Once you are logged in for some reason it keeps appearing on the right-hand side of your Google mail. And in fact, even after you log out it's still there! This eats up valuable space inside email.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflektive has simplified the regular performance management process which makes it more straightforward for us to conduct 360 reviews.

  ### 47. A great platform for managing your career progression.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

Being able to thank others with Gmail integration and manage the progress of my objectives as well as seeing my managers.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

The Gmail addon, takes up far too much for the page.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a clear list of where I am with all of my objectives, we used to have this stored on a spreadsheet that was inefficient.

  ### 48. Reflective is a very effective tool, that can help is collecting the feedback.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

The UI is the best part of the tool. The light hearted color is what is like.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

There is. nothing that I don't like. But it will be to add some graphs at the end to get the report.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedback collection is made simple. The earlier tool that I used was very bad, the UI was not that intuitive.

  ### 49. A place to keep peers and employees up to date.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that idea that kudos can be shared across an entire organization. It allows communication and visual recognition for those who may not have direct contact with other parts of the business.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

It can sometime be a little complicated to get comfortable with if have not used it in the past.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflektive:**

I think a good training session during your on boarding process can go a long way into having the usage of reflektive presentative with your company size.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not use Reflektive in this manner. I use it to provide feedback to colleagues for great performance so the entire organization can participate in the fun.

  ### 50. Great Way to Conduct Work Reviews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca L. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Reflektive?**

I like that the whole interface is easy to use and just simple. It's clean cut and there isn't a lot of confusion when you're interacting with it. I use it from an employee side, rather than for an HR side. We do our semi-annual reviews through the program so I appreciate how simple it is.

We also use it as a way to recognize those in our office for their contributions or hard work.

**What do you dislike about Reflektive?**

I don't think there is much that I dislike about this program, from an end user's perspective.

**What problems is Reflektive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting semi-annual reviews done in a timely, neat, and organized manner. It makes filling out the dreaded review process a little less stressful because it's not a hard to navigate platform. It's also an easy way to recognize those who are doing a great job around the office.
