It is a system that will help you manage your business the way you have always done it. RedHorse is just powerful enough run all of your business processes, yet it speaks your language and is easy to use. So whether you refer to invoices or sales tickets, sales calls or site visits… in just a few moments, you can tell your RedHorse CRM to do the same. RedHorse gives you all the features you need every day, and none of the features you don’t! So if you want a team calendar, document management, or surveys, you can switch them on with just a few clicks. Or switch them off. All with no programming required. As a CRM, RedHorse is perceived to be interchangeable with other CRM systems and entirely dispensable. But as a Business Management System, RedHorse IS a virtually irreplaceable building block of a company’s long-term growth and success – with no competition, real or perceived, at its price point. I can't use ctrl+F with Redhorse and it would be really nice if i could. **Recommendations to others considering RedHorse CRM:** Same as when implementing any new software-communication is key **What problems is RedHorse CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RedHorse to manage our client information and ordering. We've used it since 2012 and its really helped to streamline our sales processes ### 2. We all read about marketing programs, sales programs, ticketing systems and a multitude of other products and features. We know that RedHorse has all of those features built-in. Our most exciting challenge is communicating the massive feature set to our prospects and client base. It is a pleasure to be able to say, "Yes RedHorse does that....." **What do you dislike about RedHorse CRM?** I wish RedHorse were truly cloud to compete with those other systems that believe they're complete. I know RedHorse Systems Inc will deliver cloud at some point but I wish that point were now! At times, RedHorse can seen daunting since it has so many features. **Recommendations to others considering RedHorse CRM:** If you are looking to have one system to maintain and utilize, RedHorse is likely your best choice. It does have Social Media connectivity in addition to all the other features, but the Social Media usage could be improved. **What problems is RedHorse CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Developing regular marketing programs is so complete with RedHorse's built-in campaigns and workflows. It's integration to Constant Contact is an answer to feedback of your marketing program. Constant Contact always seems in many cases powerful but disconnected for the CRM system. RedHorse corrects that. Service provisioning and time tracking is one of the most powerful features for any service organization. In years past, we and some clients used external programs to track service issues and technical support time. With RedHorse, we have both features built-in, flexible and easy to use.
