What problems is Red Sentry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had just achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, but enterprise prospects were asking for formal penetration testing results. While pentesting isn’t strictly required for SOC 2, it’s often expected by larger customers. Red Sentry helped us close that gap by conducting external, web application, and API penetration testing across our platform.

As an AI customer service platform handling sensitive business data and end-user conversations, security is critical. Pen-testing is a contractual requirement with large enterprises. It's something any developer team can do themselves so it's a bit painful to have to hire an external service provider for this, the rates in relation to the work feel astronomical.
