I shopped around and their rates were the most reasonable. The service was excellent. They did what they promised and in the time frame. Their report was detailed and accurate. **What do you dislike about Red Sentry?** Pen-testing is a contractual requirement with large enterprises. It's something any developer team can do themselves so it's a bit painful to have to hire an external service provider for this, the rates in relation to the work feel astronomical. Red Sentry was the best option we could find but it was not cheap. **What problems is Red Sentry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance with a contract that required pentesting ### 2. Its CVE handling is great as we can view which CVEs have matching security notices. This gives me the convenience to sort if a vulnerability has a security notice and find action items for the CVEs. **What do you dislike about Red Sentry?** One downside of Red Sentry is its technical documentation & whitepapers. We track all our client assets & monitor their cloud environments for resource discovery so proper documentation for our reference is essential. **What problems is Red Sentry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Red Sentry effectively solves our vulnerability detection challenges as it provides complete support to patch all our production CVEs within our timeline constraints. Its monthly insight reports help monitor any security issues that might be existing but we aren't aware of them.
