But what made me decide to choose recruitee instead of other tools is the vast amount of help documents: so most of the things I run into I can look up and handle immediately. Other tools might require training but recruitee doesn't. Now that I use recruitee I am very happy with the patience of their support staff, despite the help documents I still had a lot of questions! **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** I use the launch version because I do not a large number of vacancies simultaniously and occasionaly I run into things that are only available in the more expensive versions of the tool. In some cases the help files are not clear about which functionality is in which version, that is confusing. The scale plan comes with 10 job slots, that is too much for me, but I might pay for the scale functionality if it was available separately. The other thing I don't like is that when jobs are promoted to job portals a candidate reads only the job post, not the general company info because that is in recruitee visible on another page on the website. So I put a bit of general company info in the job post itself, that helps. **Recommendations to others considering Tellent Recruitee:** First try recruitee a couple times and then schedule a meeting with a recruitee representative, it will make your meeting much more valuable. **What problems is Tellent Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a HR director, I now have a complete overview of the status of all the vacancies, even though they are not all managed by me. I do not have to ask the managers for an update anymore. Also, GDPR is easy now. And we can send messages to a large number of candidates with a couple of clicks, which saves us a lot of time. Also it is easier to measure the effectiveness of the different sourcing channels. Even though I didn't use UTM codes in all URL's recruitee still registers the source for me in some cases, which surprises me. You can learn it on your own. I also appreciate how responsive their customer support team is. They even follow up with you if you are not responding and ensure that the issue gets resolved before closing the ticket. **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** I think regardless of plans (except for free), allocating dedicated support staff won't hurt the business especially for clients who are just starting to transition from manual to an ATS. Yes, it is easy to navigate, but just like employment, onboarding is a critical part of the entire experience. The interface is intuitive, and this means that managers will actually use the system to communicate about candidate profiles, leave feedback etc. Ease of use was important for us as we were implementing an ATS for the first time and we had to make sure that the ATS made things easier for all users in order to quickly have it adopted. **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** The two main things I'm missing are: 1) a way to manage the total number of vacancies that are open. If you hire multiple identical roles through a single pipeline, there is no way to keep track of how many roles are still open. 2) there is no offer process in Recruitee. This means that it is not possible to build a data set of offers that have been extended or relate the salary amount offered to the offer rejection rate **Recommendations to others considering Tellent Recruitee:** Great product if you need to get a career site and ATS up and running quickly **What problems is Tellent Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?** GDPR compliance, we have a career site up and running quickly. It is much easier now to post vacancies and promote them on job boards. We have a way to capture interview feedback and store it in one place. We're still growing and making tweaks to our processes frequently so that was a MUST HAVE. After using the software for 1+ year, I've had a couple of GREAT support interactions and seen the new features that pop up regularly. If you need/want the ability to customize your process, here is the software for you! **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** I was originally concerned that we'd need the EEOC reporting (for the US) before they could roll it out, but their dev team is on it! The thing that I wish I had are usually on their public feature planning and actually do get improved. After seeing plenty of different AST over the last 11 Years this is by far the one with the highest emphasize to user centricity. Makes it super easy to work in in a really collaborative way. I assume at the point you work with you easly feel the advantage of Recruitee. **What problems is Tellent Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are recruiting in a really competetive market (fullstack web dev) - therefore our recruiting velocity has to be really high. The interaction with the hirring managers has to be really easy otherwise they wont react fast enough. Since Recruitee is as easy to use as google or gmail our internal speed is quiet good. it is really transparent and therefore recruitee helps us to create a great candidate experience. Due to the quiet easy to use tagging option for candidates it makes it really usefull to work with candidate pools. just tag them and re arrange and set them reminders. Really usual. With the current update the report section really improved! A lot of usefull reports and highly adaptable. From the manager point of view it acctually decreased my time spent with reports. acctually came to a point where i was able to shut down 80% of the excel sheets i used bevore manually. It is super easy to use, and everyone in the company used it immediately with little training (even by team members who are not tech-savvy at all) But if you dig into the Recruitee it has lots of functionalities that make it a complete tool, and you can do automatic workflows that save even more time. **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** The tasks generated by Recruitee could be integrated to other tools such as ASANA or google tasks. It also does not have a native integration with google Chat that we use. The administration is very simple as well in the user-friendly GUI. The final piece I would add is that the customer support team was extremely fast and responsive in helping us with any issue including a billing issue on our end. They followed up when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would do. The platform is very user-friendly and the support staff was quick and helpful. This part would be extremely helpful in knowing where our time is best spent for certain positions as opposed to the positions within the company. This type of information would let us move forward with allocating the budget to the proper platform for the proper position type allowing our company to make sure that the allocation of the budget was effective for the type of candidate that we are seeking. Also, regarding the pipeline itself, they offer KPIS such as the number of dropouts per recruitment step, how long it takes to reply to the candidate per recruitment step, etc. This way, you can really monitor your own performance, from everyone you sourced, how many got into the final interview, for example, and also monitor what is happening in each step of the process. The most helpful thing about recruitee was giving a broad and detailed view of the whole recruitment process to everyone who is supposed to see the information, meaning that you can give different permissions to different people so they only are able to see the recruitment process they should. For the first time, I tried to pay to use Linkedin and Monster - which is a considerable investment - and I was urgently needing the post to be online asap. It's been almost 2 weeks and our Monster job posts are still not online. I have sent all the required information, but still, nothing. Up until now, I have absolutely no idea why the delay, what is happening. For LinkedIn I had no problem. That being said, just be cautious when paying for job posts, especially because you can't contact the website directly to know what is happening. I have been using recruitee for 3 months now and so far, this is the only thing I have to complain about recruitee. About the google chrome plugin, for some reason, it suddenly stopped working correctly: Now, to fill in the fields to add candidates, I need to click several times in the filling field to be able to actually type there. So it is a bit annoying at the moment. We know who approached who and which comments everyone that was involved in the process left, so we don't have to wait for them to tell us what to do, we can read their comments and directly take the action needed. Massively helped having everything in one place, replacing the need for separate folders, downloading documents, contact lists and Excel spreadsheets. Also really enjoyed the flexibility of the plan and being able to keep it for a limited amount of time only, rather than 6 or 12 months. **What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?** Only downside has been not being able to connect my own email account (the option is provided but had some technical difficulties with Office365), as managing all communication with candidates through the platform would have saved even more time.
