The conceit of being able to convert job descriptions into banners automatically and place them in numerous websites increases the pool of possible applicants. **What do you dislike about Recroup?** This is because, in most cases, it only uses the content of the Web site to identify places where it shall post job ads, thus not necessarily reaching the target demographic. **What problems is Recroup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recroup simplifies the process of creating and posting job ads for vacancies making our recruitment team comfortable.
